That was his supporting case nobody talks about this shyt. I understand it is supposed to fall on the best player but nobody can win a series with that type of supporting cast production.

I dont know. When Melo gets it going is basically automatic. Defensively u cant do shyt.

Rose jumper is/ was too streaky to really have nikkaz on their hills like when Melo get in that zone.
This doesnt allow you to just disregard his inefficiency.

Rose brings more to the table than Melo, sorry.

Melo overall is a more dangerous scorer and he's an underrated rebounder. No one can kill his vibe once he get in it.

melo is a volume scorer. but not necessarily that efficient. I'll give u him being a decent rebounder tho. I think he should try to assist more because he draws so much defensive attention however.

Rose isn't really the most efficient either. Melo can pick his opponents apart in more ways. Rose mainly relies on athleticism to break you off the dribble while Melo can somewhat do dat and killed nikkaz in the post, midrange, face up, and he got good handles for his size.

"(Before the injury), it was just me being talented and the way that I played," he explained. "I wasn’t on balance like I am now. I’m able to get in front of player, stop and go, my hesitation is a little bit better and just my I.Q. of the game, I think it grew, where going to the hole, getting beat up all the time, I’m pulling up for jump shots and just making the game as easy as possible for me."

I'm moving, getting to the open place, cutting to the basket," Butler said after playing in a pair of scrimmages in practice Wednesday. "It's the same type of game for me. It just may be a little easier because Derrick is out there. He's always looking to find that open guy. If he can't finish at the cup or get a pull-up jumper out of it, he's going to get it to the right guy."

Rose hasn't even played in his first preseason game after missing all of last year and he is salivating over the chance to have Bulter as a third or even fourth option in the offense.

"Oh yeah for sure," Rose said. "He's been knocking down his shot. He's been shooting the ball a lot better. He's coming in, staying afterward, just getting up shots, and I think his timing is going to come back."

After shooting 38.1 percent from three-point range last season (42 percent in home games), the Bulls will be asking Butler to hang out on the wing this season and let it fly.

"When he gets to shoot the ball he has to because the way our offense is, if he doesn't shoot it kind of leaves us stagnant and we don't need that for our offense right now," Rose said.
