Cal State University students are failing classes in a big rate, even with in-person classes

Calculus Make a man out of you especially Calc 2 when you have to learn all the different integration techniques and then they throw that series BS at you the end of the semester

Only reason I passed Cal 2 was because I had a sweet professor who made the final a take home exam lol. I tapped out at Cal 3 dropped it mid semester twice.​

When I took intermediate accounting in college, there were 24 students in our class at the beginning of the semester. By the end of the semester there were 12. Literally half the class dropped out. Given, the professor had a reputation of being strict asf but still, 50% drop out rate is crazy.

Alot of the Gen ed professors gate keep like a mofo. There's no reason that the first 2 years is harder than upper division and grad school.

I felt like all those stereotypes built up about Asians and math was completely destroyed in that one second. Then he hit me with a slick remark like you think this because I'm Chinese?

They are some of the smoothest and most efficient cheaters. They have legit systems in place for that shyt. I never snitched because I was roommates with one of their friends, but it was so blatant if you kept an eye out.

As an engineer grad, Cal 2 will make you or break you. I had to take that mafucca twice. Cal 3 was a piece of cake, and diff eq’s is like a foreign language. Don’t know how I got through that

They legit have it set up for them to win if they want to take it that route. bytch ass chinks would mess up the curve sometimes as well.

Exactly the excuse that they use out here or try and turn it into a issue as a defense mechanism for not understanding the context behind it.

If we're also being honest, even a lot of us failed to use the resources around us at college that made it even harder on ourselves. It's no excuse for a kid on a college campus out here to be failing English when they could take their ass up there to the writing center

Catch it on the right day and time and you'll quickly find out that the professor grading your paper tends to be in those tutoring centers as well. I would literally have my English professors reading my papers while also getting extra credit out of it

It's going to get even worse now that schools have lifted testing requirements to get in. You're going to have even more college students attending class that shouldn't even be there in the place.

They'd rather spend their time complaining and placing blame rather than learning new pieces of information that could benefit them in the long run. It's why I hate how a lot of people complain about taking classes that aren't needed out such as English courses like they aren't out here being used on a daily basis
