Oh that makes sense. Did you use the va home loan? I’m trying to get me a loft in DTLA after college when and if I go in Navy as an officer. Was in the Marine Corps

shyt 90k in riverside is low incomeToo pricey man. 80k in Oakland is low income. 110k in San Francisco is low income. I love my home but if you not making roughly 150 to 200k after taxes forget about it. If you moving there, you need to take NYC money with you
I never trust white run governments. And they are still people that have tons of kids in Cali.
Part of the reason they can do that is the tax rebates from having multiple kidsNo wonder most of my Mexican friends had no less than 3 siblingsMostly Mexicans.Part of the reason they can do that is the tax rebates from having multiple kids

so my clubbing days are behind me.It’s gay as shyt there , literally, but I wonder if Palm Springs is a viable CA city to live in
Good weather, couple hours from LA, way cheaper than the other major cities
....there's not many jobs there. So unless you have a remote job, could be an issue....also i like that area but i couldnt deal with it being that hot most of the year. I try to go out to Joshua Tree and Desert Hot Springs for day trips a few times a year....it is nice
