Be real with it though...Jay was doing the same thing, taking meetings with Lyor Cohen and Kevin Liles behind Dame's back. Planning his break from the Roc. You could say that Dame saw the writing on the wall, saw Jay was acting funny and gave Camron the VP spot at Rocafella to buy Camron's loyalty, eventhough Cam left anyway.

Ye woulda turned into a zombie because his output woulda been higher than all the other in-house producers. He'd probably have to form his own ghost producing team because Dame nudged him into doing a Neef solo album or some other ill advise shyt like a Christion concept album. Cats gotta stop acting like Dame was some kind of a genius who built this label up and put his soul in it. He used that Harlem hustle mentality to get what he needed but his act wore very thin and eventually backfired when Jay chose to stand on his own.

Jay-Z has always been good at running Jay-Z's career. Dame was good at running Rocafella.

• Dame was responsible for State Prop. He thought Bleek was wack and sought out Philly talent, starting with Major Figgas, Philly's Most Wanted, before settling on State Property.
• Dame was responsible for Cam and the Diplomats coming to the Roc. Jay wasn't fukking with Cam.
• Dame was responsible for Kanye being discovered. Jay wasnt fukking with Ye outside of producing records.
• For a time, Dame had Twista thinking about joining the Roc.

Jay can't replicate the Roc. Roc Nation will never be looked at like Young Money, Top Dawg or Maybach Music because Hov is only interested in Hov's career. Dame had alot of faults but, he did his job well. You compare Dame to Puff, the differences are one guy pissed off the wrong people, his artist had a major interest in the record company and he didn't quite understand how to make himself and his brand invaluable.

-Young Guns/Young Chris are still butt hurt over getting $12 a show from Jay while on tour
-Peedi prolly still owes them the $$ he fukked off from his original budget
-Beans is locked up and feels some type of way about Jay
-Freeway cant even make it into the camera frame, much less a reunion
-Bleek is keeping quiet just in case Jay re-notices him and suddenly deletes him from his will
-Cam buried himself with all of those Jay disses and Jimmy/Juelz wont be welcomed either
-Big L is dead
-Rell is missing in action
-Christion is missing in action
-Amil is missing in action
-ODB is dead

Like I said it might have been best that they split...I have a theory when a crew gets to big it spreads out and thin its the reason why G-unit,Roc,death row,ruff ryders, 3-6 and some others went down ....its not the only reason but some of it
