I have NEVER EVER, heard of an instance where a white person or Hispanic person was harmed by a black person and a person respond with "what about white on white crime
I never hear Latinos or whites or even Asians ever have a response taking about the crime committed by an against their own race

"Black on black crime" is a phrase used by people(White and non-white alike) who seek to dehumanize and vilify black people as a whole. Used to vindicate racism and violence towards blacks by painting a narrative where black people no matter their tact or character aren't worthy of basic human decency despite the fact that the overwhelming majority of blacks(like every other group) are law abiding citizens.
Lets not get things twisted, this is not absolving black people of responsibly or downplaying crime in the community but recognizing human casualty.

I provided sources showing in Pittsburgh alone, how half of the homicides are unsolved, with 97% of the unsolved cases having a black victim.
Facts mean nothing to him, and people like him. He'll just claim that you're getting your numbers from white supremacists websites, or that you're white, or he isn't talking about homicides, but rather other crime like snatching tags off mattresses being an epidemic in the white community, yet people are only focusing on blacks taking the lives of other blacks.

So to them, even though every race kills eachother, they believe ours is worse because we have such high numbers of intraracial violent crime compared to our total population.
They also tend to only focus on violent crime. Because black folks only account for 13% of total crime in this country. However, Black Americans do account for a large percentage of violent crime when compared to the actual size of our total population. The problem with whites people is that they only care about crime from 1970's onward... However if we were to look at who has done the most killing since 1400, then they

O.K. I will bite. What am I missing in your statement. Take a look at the FBI crime stats. Am I misreading the stats or does it show that White people committed more murders in America in 2014. So where are you getting your numbers from?

Then I checked the actual murder stats for the cities that you mentioned and here it is:
Chicago had 407 murders in 2014.
Detroit 304 murders in 2014.
Baltimore had 217 murders in 2014.
New Orleans had 150 murders in 2014
That equal 1,078 murders for all of those cities. Now keep in mind that not all of the murders committed in a place like Chicago were committted by Black people. So there were White and Hispanic people that committed murder in Chicago too; so not all of those 1,078 murders were even committed by Black people.

Btw, Chicago is the 3rd largest city in America with a population of about 3 million people. There were only 400 murders. That is a lot, but in comparison to the total population; it was not really that high and it is significantly lower proportionally than many people even realize. Chicago's only problem is that they don't fudge their crime stats like New York does.

Ok but I'm missing where you refuted by point. I said add up all of those cities murders and compare to white cities in America. I didn't say all whites in America versus all blacks. Of course that would be an unfair comparison b/c of the population gap.
So I said specifically to compare the WHITE cities murder rates. I would determine a white city to have 90%+ population of whites. I wouldn't say New York would be a white city.
I know its not a politically correct way of phrasing a question. But I was trying to come across the fact that black cities (or cities with a high population of blacks) have high murder rates. Yet White cities do not.
Again even if you just take the 4 cities I mentioned then add all of the white cities combined. The 4 cities I mentioned (Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, New Orleans) would far exceed the numbers in the combined white cities.
Is that not alarming to you?
Or do you not believe that numbers just as this feeds the narrative about a black on black problem?
