I'm surprised you not in this thread picking the Muslim side since you have a history of copping pleas for them...but good choice nonetheless

Heres the point where you probably disappear....

WHAT history? And by that, I mean provide the posts....

Moses is credited with writing the first five books of the Bible. The koran even stated the Bible (people of the book which are Jews and Christians) was sent by allah.

The Word of thy Lord doth find its fulfillment in truth and in justice. None can change His Words.
Surat-ul An'am (6):15
No change can there be in the Words of God.
Surat-u Yunus (10):64

Can you address the discrepancy?

Biblical scholars agree that the Pentateuch was not written by Moses (pbuh). Thus your entire premise is incorrect.

Deut 34:5 And Moses the servant of the Lord died there in Moab, as the Lord had said. 6 He buried him in Moab, in the valley opposite Beth Peor, but to this day no one knows where his grave is. 7 Moses was a hundred and twenty years old when he died, yet his eyes were not weak nor his strength gone. 8 The Israelites grieved for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days, until the time of weeping and mourning was over. 9 Now Joshua son of Nun was filled with the spirit of wisdom because Moses had laid his hands on him. So the Israelites listened to him and did what the Lord had commanded Moses. 10 Since then, no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face, 11 who did all those signs and wonders the Lord sent him to do in Egypt—to Pharaoh and to all his officials and to his whole land. 12 For no one has ever shown the mighty power or performed the awesome deeds that Moses did in the sight of all Israel.

MOSES (pbuh) DID NOT WRITE THIS! For more proof, I'd recommend this book:

MOSES (pbuh) DID NOT WRITE THIS! For more proof, I'd recommend this book:

  • Deuteronomy 31:9 "So Moses wrote down this law and gave it to the priests."
  • Deuteronomy 31:24-26 "When Moses had finished writing down this entire body of law in a book..."
If Joshua finished Moses wrote down over 90%. Even in the scriptures found it was one long scroll. Even Better, Ancient Jewish and Christian writers, such as Ecclesiasticus, Josephus, Philo, and Origen were essentially in full agreement that the Pentateuch was written solely by Moses. The Mishnah and the Talmud also confirm this.

Even if you don't believe he wrote it. Why don't you follow what he wrote? According to the koran ALL previous messengers and prophets all spoke the word of allah. Why don't you follow what was previously given?

It says that Moses (pbuh) wrote down the law, not Genesis, Leviticus, Numbers, Exodus and Deuteronomy. And if we found what Moses (pbuh) wrote, I would believe in it. But no one has. And back to my original point, what the Prophets and Messengers spoke is not in the Bible. The Bible is their biography.

And this is in direct conflict of what allah spoke of. If he said he gave all that the prophets and messengers gave to say it is not from allah is going against him. Therefore who is lying?

The Bible is not what God gave. None of the books of the Bible are. No one is lying. Those who believe the books of the Bible to be revelations from God are simply mistaken. That's all. Also your insistence upon spelling ALLAH with lower case letters says a lot about you and your knowledge of this subject. Arab speaking Jews and Christians call God ALLAH. So you are actually insulting the God that you believe in.

Surah 29:46
And do not argue with the People of the Scripture except in a way that is best, except for those who commit injustice among them, and say, "We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you. And our God and your God is one; and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him."

According to the Koran you are going against the words of Allah himself. Why do you rebel against Allah?

Surah 5:47
And let the People of the Gospel judge by what Allah has revealed therein. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the defiantly disobedient.

Why are you disobedient to Allah? According to this verse Allah DID give the Bible and even told Mohammed to refer to it! Why do you rebel against Allah?

Surah 10:94
So if you are in doubt, [O Muhammad], about that which We have revealed to you, then ask those who have been reading the Scripture before you. The truth has certainly come to you from your Lord, so never be among the doubters.

Allah even told Mohammed to go to Jews and Christians. Why do you go against the words of Allah?
