What great offensive player does draymon guard 1 on 1 for the majority of the game? Lebron? Kd (when He was at okc) leonard george etc.... Not to say ue cant guard them at specific points but for long stretches of games
SMH.

Why are you intentionally slow?

forget about how good they will or will not be for a moment. you have to be happy for a small market team like OKC, especially after losing KD. they gain two legitimate superstars. they have a roster that can fill the seats....and that is oh so important :blessed:

I could see Melo having the ball in his hands for most of the late game situations. He still has enough in the tank to take over in spots at the least. I expect him to be quicker/a bit more mobile with the shedded weight as well, son seems to be taking things seriously.
We'll have to wait and see.

I personally think he'll take a back seat to Westbrook/PG in those situations since they'll both be the main focal points of the offense. Plus Westbrook will no doubt have the ball in his hands 8/10 times down the stretch anyway. And again, if OKC's plan is to post-up Melo against Draymond down the stretch (or at any point during the game regularly) against GS, winning the game probably won't be their first priority.

With the right lineup and sets, this OKC squad will burn every defense in the league - GS included.
