Most jobs don't necessitate a full 8 hours of work anyway. I wfh and my job is done after 1 hour on most days. Minus all of his stupid and pointless meetings I doubt the CEO works more than 2 hours per day himself.
This is the fabric of work that is going to turn all work into a per project UPWORK style of pay for everyone, and it’s not good. The pandemic just moved the timeline up 5-7 years unfortunately. I was hoping to have that time to build up some assets but we are making our big moves right now a little early because things are about to get crazy in these streets.

:ohhh: Fascinating concept. Frighteningly efficient. Has this been implemented anywhere?

yea in the long run mix in working from home with robots/automation/the world being smaller and people overseas becoming more talented it's not looking good for the average person. I know realtors making 6 or 7 figures a year using like 5 virtual assistants.

This is why is why I avoid zoom meetings. Can’t be fired if I technically wasn’t there:

He could have gone about this different at a better time tho …. but the finance industry is full of soulless snakes…. :francis:

I remember having to fire a close friend a few weeks before Christmas. Probably the hardest thing I ever had to do. Shorty was crying and begging for us to keep her on the payroll and saying she'll take a lesser position in another department. It was a fukked up situation where I was moving and her new manager hated her and refused to take over my position unless the company fired her. I had fought to save her job before but knew my hands were tied in this situation.

Took everything I had not to break down crying myself. This dude was just like "let's hope I handle this ok".
If you knew you were leaving why fire her? Make someone else do it. Unless she was fired for cause?

Breh, I’m working from home and I’ve been on TheColi and playing 2k22 for the past few hours. :lolbron:
Work smart, not hard brehs.:francis:
I would never brag about that kind of setup. I wouldn't even tell anybody. The second you start bragging that's when somehow something happens to mess everything up.

I’m indifferent at this point either way. I’m only staying for the benefits. I’m making way more via passive income. :yeshrug:

thats how we did it in my company back then, you put people in a conference room and just lay them off them all at once, cold blooded but I guess it's more efficient than 1 on 1 meetings. That's why you should always do whats best for yourself, forget these corporations.
But bruh it’s nikkas within these places that be tryna get you to put in more time with these muhfukkas.

So how did we go from "Work From Home" to fired "Fired From Home"? Anyway, most of those who got fired will probably have another job before Christmas, just in time for the Christmas Party. The only drawback is, when you start a new job in December near the Holidays, you meet everybody on their best behavior, just to see them turn into demons after New Years.
