exactly. ATL is literally going to be a totally different in 15-20. The dudes who are fixated on night clubs and worrying about the LGBT community in ATL are the cats who wouldnt even be able to survive in ATL lol.Its clear who hasn't visited the cities they talk about. The idea that the A is just one giant nightlife/club with strippers and not one of the fastest growing economies in the WORLD and on pace to be a top 10 global city

It must be a New York thing, because Black people have always come up in Chicago. Don't get the shyt you hear on the news confused with regular Black people in that town.
So the reason people are talking about Atlanta (not really Charlotte) is because of migration when said migration is the only reason people talked about NYC and Chicago....intelligent argument you got me bro
And outside of food and its rap scene, I never hear people talk about the Chi as a travel or moving destination. Its going to be another rust belt casualty in a few decades.
The reason that people migrated to Chicago and New York to begin with was for advancement. They couldn't advance in no damn Atlanta. Things have changed and people have migrated back South, but Northern Cities like Chicago still have larger economies than a place like Atlanta and therefore greater opportunities economically.

Mind you now I relocated back to my home state of Tennessee from Chicago and I spend a lot of time in Nashville and Memphis. Nashville is a really nice city, but I would never put it in the same class as Chicago. I just don't see it, because Chicago has much more diversity. Nashville is a really nice city though and I lump it in there with Charlotte and Atlanta.

Because y'all nikkas talk about us all the time. No fukking lie, no exaggeration, I heard "this is lil ATL" at least a few times a week when I stayed up there. shyt used to irritate me to no end. Charlotte got its own thing going. Atlanta is totally different. They look the same a little and they both in the south. Culture is way different tho. And you'd be hard pressed to hear anyone in the A mention anything about Charlotte. We don't even don't think about y'all to even look down our noses
Atlanta isn't in the same class as Chicago just like Nashville and Charlotte isn't in the same class as Atlanta. Also how Chicago isn't in the same class as NYC. There will always be levels to this shyt. I've been in Chicago and had a NY chick be like "this shyt slow". Levels breh.
Not at all breh. I do consider it to be a mostly "blue collar" city but there are waaay worse places. The South Side and East Side are areas that give Greensboro that rep but overall its mostly nice.
This is a pic of a house in the Thorpe Square neighborhood where my girl used to stay. Mostly black hood right on the outskirts of the east side.
I haven't seen that part of Greensboro yet. Everywhere I been nikkas been shooting
