Yup they leave crates or people steal crates off of trains. But usually trains are heavily guarded with armed police. You can't walk on the tracks for two minutes without the police showing up, but everyone stealing guns from carts? Lol.

Bring in the National Guard.
If nikkas don't know how to behave like civilized human beings and control our our communities, perhaps we need to have an organized and armed presence to help keep the peace.

Chicago is not as bad as St Louis, Baltimore or Detroit. There are smaller cities with higher crime rates than Chicago.
The community must take back the streets. Someone knows Lil Roddy who out there hustling. The community must say enough is enough. The power is in Black folks and that's all around the country. We do not need government to further a police state in order to resolve this social issue.
There are far more impoverished white areas in the country with little to no crime rate. We have a street culture issue that only Black folks can truly fix.

Those white areas(and other poor black areas) don't have the population density, or access to guns that the chi or other hoods have. And shyt, Chi hoods especially are not far off at all when it comes to poverty, horrible schools and unemployment.

Chicago is way worse. The entire city of Chicago is not bad, just certain areas. The 3million people here dilude the actual statistics. And most of the shootings dont even get reported in the news. I lived in Chicago my entire life in the worst area until a few months ago. And its probably too late. The city needs the national guard. And the youth needs jobs and mental health asap.
My friend have you traveled through the mid-west or south or north-western states? Im talking small town white rural America?? They have mountains of guns....show me a redneck without a gun nearby. They also have serious drug problems with heroin and meth and all sort of shyt. Yeah they are a little spread out but not 50 miles and shyt. You forgetting about trailer park communities as well?
They have a underground culture but it do not consist of consistently causing genocide to their own people
