I think it should pay for the child's expenses as well as 1/2 of the rent and utilities.
Considering the child is the one who suffers if 1/2 the rent and utilities can't be paid.
And the child shouldn't get the card at 13, as I don't know a single 13 year old who would use it responsibly.

So what the hell is the Mother in the equation for? If she isn't going to take care of the child at home then why isn't the custody granted to me?

I don't think the house, the water nor the electricity is of the concern for the parent required to pay child support. that's unfair. so basically if I don't have custody, I need to pay for everything while the mother ride's for free?
