U talkin crazy bruh

Children do have daily expenses.

Parenting is supposed to be a shared responsibility...right down to finances. So unless the non-custodial parent is going half on a daily basis, then they have to realize that they are being fronted financially on a daily basis and their weekly, bi-weekly and/or monthly payment belongs to the custodial parent.

They complain about the custodial parent using the child support to pay necessary bills but throw their hands up :stop: when they are offered full custody bcuz they got off easy. $300 a month and visitation 6-9 days out the month, :mjpls:.

Trolling aside, it really shouldn't matter where the funds are going as long as the child is being taken care of. So what Mom used it to buy herself a pair of $85 heels, she bought the kid 2 pairs of nikes and some new fits from macy's, bought some soap underwear amd tshirts from walmart, not to mention the kid gotta eat too right...and all of that came out of
her own pocket. All that government monitoring is a bunch of unnecessary bullshyt.

Right. Then got a nerve to have an attitude. Don't worry about where your measly $300 went, because I paid $600 for daycare in a month alone. sir.

But some of these women are missing the point. I know for a fact that one of my homeboy's baby mamma is using his child support to support her boyfriend. This trifling bytch took her new boyfriend on a trip with child support money and left the kid with the grandparents. I understand that there are bills to be paid but the thing is that females would have been paying the same utility bills if the child wasn't there. Women are too quick to use their children as pawns to get money out of someone. Now if the child is living with the mother, yeah, the father should kick in. School, clothing, food, medical and all other stuff should be paid. But when you take that money and buy your new "boo" some J's and a radio for his car, well that's bullshyt. But see that's why I have custody of my daughter so I don't have to deal with this shyt.:birdman:

Let's exclude living expenses. But food, daycare, activities, transportation, on (to daycare and activities)health insurance, etc. A parent would not have those expenses if they didn't have children.

Props on you having custody and if your child's mother had to pay child support I bet the payment wouldn't put a dent in the amount you put out for your daughter's care. That's why parents need to work together, especially when you're not married because when you go line by line the custodial parent normally is doing more.

Shyt like this is why the government need to enforce people getting their tubes tied. Kids are suffering and their parents are selfishly using it on personal shyt to look good, well after their physical prime of their lives.

Well, I don't know how much he's paying but his money is supporting the current boyfriend and not their child. Everytime the child support comes he gets something. My cousin works with the current boyfriend and she's caking the dude with the child support. That's what I'm talking about.

Is the child being neglected? If not, the mother is free to do with the child support what she wants. Leaving the child with the grandparents to go on a trip is not neglect.

Eliminate child support and alimony...watch and see who's still quick to have kids...

lol, I guess women will think twice about not having kids...but men might actually go hard and bustin in chicks for the fun of it. :russ:

With this, you'd basically shift the power from women to men. :russ:

On a more serious note, nikkas need to learn how to get custody of their child and avoid child support. Isn't there a way to split the time so neither has to pay child support? (without being together?)

she's footing the finances to support the child, the child support payment is the father paying back money she put up front. Why don't you understand that?

If you and I are sharing something, say a house...if I pay the mortgage in full on August 1st and you come along on the 15th and give me your half (that I've already paid). You have no right to tel me what I should do with the half you paid me.

How do some of you guys with the stories know that it is child support money that is paying for the trip? Do you have access to these women's bank statements?

Also, should child support funds be completely separated from the Mom's personal money? If that's the case, should the mom make sure that she only pays the exact same amount as the dad (i.e. he pays $300, she pays $300, and if the child needs more then he/she will have to wait until the next month so that neither parent's money is mixed with cs money)?
