These nikkas putting on 20 plus pounds of lean muscle a year while still maintaining low body fat is extremely sus. Anyone who works out knows out almost impossible that is, and everyone of these mcu nikkas has god tier dbz genetics :mjlol: ?

Most folks can't train 2-3 hours for 6-8 months straight natty, let alone 6 hrs five times a week for 6-8 months, even if it is their only job.

Truth is a lot of dudes (in and outside of Hollyweird) are on gear but because of poor training/genetics/diet/whatever they don't "look like it". Just because you juice it doesn't mean you'll be an aesthetic GOAT.

There have been ZERO cases of creatine affecting the kidneys in normal healthy people.

Creatine only affects those with kidney issues to begin with. It has been the most studied supplement and there has been no reports of creatine fukking anybody uo who didnt have a prior kidney issue

That has nothing to do with creatine breh...that has to do with water intake. Everyone needs to be properly hydrated or else they risk health issues.

I'm not even sure what training six hours accomplishes weight wise. I could see martial arts since you are working technique as well but a 6 hour chest day? natty :mjlol:

1. This *May* only be true if your predisposed to make pattern baldness

2. The study is “eh” where they examined a link between creatine and an increase in DHT(DHT sensitivity is what causes hair loss)

3. The study was never replicated.

As a follicle deficient breh :mjcry:I use creatine w/o no noticeable side affects in terms of hair loss. I am on fin tho :ehh:
