it doesn't work like that. But you are right he is most def on PEDs and a lot of the others are also.

Here we go, people LOVE to underestimate PEDs and the potency of steroids and peptides. Forget Testosterone for a single, HGH literally rejuvenates the body with inducing muscular hyperplasia. Human Growth Hormone is what takes a baby along with sex steroids and develops a muscular man.

Test and HGH has changed the game forever, with proper dosage you can change from a 4pack into 6 pack, have a more blockish look and dense physique.

I don't really need you to tell me about it as I use PEDs. And no matter what you still have to put in work and eat or not eat. Slin is too dangerous for me never touched that stuff never had a need to use it either...Just Test HGH and Primo when I could get it at a good price.

True, if you want to maximum the potency of them you should eat right and work out.

But even on the fact, just by using them they will have physiological effect on the body regardless.

HGH is a game changer, some of the bodies we are seeing nowadays in all sports and with the number of games being played by athletes is all down to HGH and Insulin which are the norm now and is creating super athletes and super physiques

I wouldn't say slin but most def HGH.....People go to the Docs all of the time and get their kids prescriptions for HGH...That's something alot of people leave out that you can get all of this stuff from doctors. People tend to think people need to go to a dealer when in reality people are being prescribed this stuff if they have the right doctor or resources....Slin is more so for bodybuilders specifically athletes don't really get much value from it.....I'm sure some football players may have used it...Also that's not even mentioning Peptides and Sarms and pros.

The average dude can do 4500 in calories. The average American probably taking in 4000 right now seeing as so many are obese. Granted that's restaurant food.

You just eating bigger portions. Chicken, eggs, and oats don't cost that much


The big difference is the healthy proteins in general make u full longer. Like eggs, chicken, turkey, ect. So its hard to consume 4k of that shyt without eating some dirty snacks that high in cals. I eat 2500 to 2800 and stay full on that

shakes are meal SUPPLEMENTS....

you drink them instead of eating meals...

they aren't needed

creatine is just for recovery and energy

with a proper diet...you dont need it either
