I've started and cofounded several LLCs since my days in college in the early late 90s
so don't paint me as somebody who can't speak about the system when i experienced it................
such as the RED LINING practice used to either give black business owners or homeowners horrible intrest rates or no loans at all...simply cause thier black or reside or do business with predominatly black community.....
and trust me i ain't the one to pull a race card for petty reasons.......but my reasons are VALID and that is just one of many

If youre numbers make sense you can get a loan in no time flat...a lot of times you dont even have to look at a person to get it.
