How do they come up with these stats? Austin has nearly 80 murders this year which is more then Atlanta but Atlanta made the list.

MFs need ALL DAY programs. Pay daily to clean up the city, renovate houses, plant trees, just anything. Entrepreneurship through contracting and bids. It’s enough money to make great changes but ideas are stale and most people hate to see others doing as well or better than them, so won’t even consider elevating.
