It is a CD bonus yes, according to discogs it was on international releases and then they took off Soul Controller and put Marvel on all the reissues

Both were on a few releases, and all the new reissues don't have Marvel but Soul Controller is cleared

why is Soul Controller not on my CD? I think down the line the sample was uncleared and issues with that resulted in the track being removed

There was a problem with the "A Change is Gonna Come" sample, so the track was eliminated from later pressings of the CD. Evidently you bought yours later. It was on the original pressing.
