He kinda has. He just did a whole segment in the middle of his tour discussing how The Clipse have always been a major influence on him.

Fred.

tyler very talented - he not a young rapper anymore but he was the best distilling of like eminem, pharrel and other west coast back pack rappers

he does a lot of extra shyt but when he raps regular he fantastic

2nd listen (not entirely accurate as I keep playing the first 6 songs over and over again)

I fukking love this album. I still think Pusha T is the perfect rapper, yet somehow Malice got him on this album.

I challenge anyone to not record a personal best in the gym when that Kendrick verse plays. Kendrick can be hit and miss on features, but he nailed it 10/ten.

Tyler sounded like he’s been waiting all his life to do a Clipse feature.

Nas is still the weakest verse (and feature) of the entire album.

S/o to Clipse man. I’m so happy they gave me an album I can play from top to bottom for weeks if not months.

Yo we also need So Be It pt 2 on DSPs. I heard that once and it’s perfect.

Feels like I'm reading my own writing, perfectly said :wow:

I think the production is the weak point of the album. I wish there were more beats like b*stards. FICO is the only other beat that stands out

I was looking up what dudes were saying on Twitter and Jim Jones stans were saying he killed Push last year. These nikkas are starting to be like Drake stans.

Reckless delusion.

Pusha can diss Jim but people act like it's beneath pusha to respond to Jim. He started it but the rules arent consistent.

I'm scared to listen brehs, I finally listened to Slick Rick Victory, or more accurately watched the visual component to it (just once) and not sure how I feel about it, but I need this Clipse album to be good, like really good. I'm worried the expectations I have for it are maybe too high.

Interested to see how this sounds without chad
We already crossed that bridge on a clipse album and were none the wiser, if this album isn't the "Crillmatic" Clipse fans have wanted it wont be as a result of not having Mr Hugo in the mix.
