1. This is complete BS.

2. It's the court of law, not a court of public opinion (even though what you said is complete BS).

3. Punk's case might as well be an extension of Warrior and Ventura's cases against the WWE to begin with (which both lad to do with use of likenesses and royalties) and WWE lost those cases.
Exactly people routinely shyt on wwes business practices now they mad at punk for disputing their practices ??

So stopping wwe from making money off your name and image is whining :patrice: I thought with all your profits beyond comprehension you'd understand

And that same person walked out on the company that gave him a 400+ day reign as World Champion even though he was getting upstaged by John Laurinaitis vs John Cena for main events and abandoned them right before the most important period of the year.

Eh, Punk has a point and he's always been real about his money. He stopped working for Ian Rotten when he realized he was never gonna get paid, unlike most indy wrestlers :heh:

The wedding pics is another story.

You have no idea why he left or more importantly what his last conversation was with Vince and hhh so again maybe Vince gave him his blessing . Cm punk by all accounts is smart with his money so I'll doubt he'd start a frivolous law suit with wwe if he didn't have some standing. I'll ignore the cena part because not closing the show doesn't mean that storyline was better , and besides I'm sure punks merch sales in which he even actually outsold cena for a time period made Vince happy to put the belt on him
