You are not impressed with females ditching their male friends when they get into a relationship yet you don't believe that they were ever really friends to begin with so why would you be surprised with them keeping their distance?

there is no such thing as male/female friends which is why I was saying true friends won't ditch each other regardless of situations.

females only use guys as friends for ego, attention and entertainment.

That's a red flag, the moment a girl asks you for something that you know she could do herself or her brothers could do it or she could pay to have it done then she's decided you're a simp she can use.

That said, you can't judge and convict a girl before she's even committed the crime. Also maybe, maybe, just maybe one of those times (if the activity requires you to spend time together) it's an excuse to be around you without the pressure.

But you shouldn't get too cynical, life isn't black or white.

Whether you say it out loud or not, girl can still shoot you down by putting you in the friendzone. And I don't really think its creepy because a lot of the time, the girls will still try to be friends & initiate contact when they know you want more, I actually think thats pretty fukked up.
