This might be one of the best threads I read on the coli. I feel like it was supposed to be a joke, but turned into some real shyt. They need a memoirs book like this brehs should be required to read.

It's crazy how people get so stuck on white is right they will shyt on their own kind to be accepted. But, in reality this whole shyt is a scam. nikkas go hard their whole life to get some sort of degree and get a good job, but lose their soul in the process.

My brother is like that. Treats people like shyt then when he would go to work, them white folks would shove they foot in this niccas ass. He would have to change his accent and all that. That nicca called on for work one day and I heard that nicca say, "Hey Todd, hey guy it's Ed. Hey I'm totally zapped and I won't be in today". Recently been running into blk dudes dating white chicks with atrocious attitudes apologizing for white females starting altercations.

Has happened twice this summer alone. So I work at the pool. I'm the pool snitch essentially at a private pool for an apartment. People try to sneak in and I have to tell them they need a pool pass to enter the pool.

Well one of the residents was this white chick with a blk BF. She comes by the pool and like all white people, feels her damn dog is an extension of her, so she wants to bring the dog in the pool.
So I tell her dumb ass
Me: "I'm sorry but you can't have animals in the pool or in the pool deck"
Her:"Its never been a problem b4! He's a service dog in training!"

Me:"You need to get it certified and have proper documentation for it to be identified as a service dog."

Her blk BF just shakes his head and apologizes on her behalf after she storms off.

This entitled hoe goes and gets a doctor's note to certify her puppy so she can bring it to the pool.But the bytch ain't blind. And only service dogs are recognized not emotional distress dogs like she was trying to pull off. So she comes back when I'm not there.
I arrive and the bytch got her dog off the leash trying to make the dog jump in the pool! The blk bf got the face.

I go to her and tell her she has to leave.
She gets mad and accuses me of "discriminating against people with disabilities."
Then she becomes erratic, yells and screams at the BF and tells him to shut the fukk up and hits him with the dog leash.

I'm looking at this poor blk man like . He apologized to all the residents there. Heard white people cracking jokes about how blk dudes will put up with any type of chick as long as she's white or as close to it as possible.

But wait! There's more.

I come back two days later for my shift and my residents tell me that I missed the drama.
Apparently the bytch came back, threw the dog in the pool, the residents confronted her about it and she assaulted them.
They called the police on her and she bit a cop. It took 4 police officers to get her to the ground and in the car.

And apparently, the blk dude was thrown in jail for allegedly "beating" her even though residents testified on his behalf that they saw her assault him at the pool.

Real life shyt ya'll.
The icing on the cake is that she was released two days later. c00ning is a disease.

The manager for the entire division is a straight laced by the book middle aged white dude who is about 6'6. Looks like he at least played college ball.

We have casual conversation nothing to imposing or intrusive. He's a basketball fan so we talk about hoops from time to time. It's funny because I know most of those dudes in there don't give a shyt about the NBA or basketball , but be all in his face, on some "did you see that game last night type shyt"

This one clown hates that our manager talks to me casually and says nothing to him.

c00ns in higher ed make me mad.

Suffice to say, there are literal revolutionaries at a university I used to work at. One beautiful blk man sued the school b/c he had been overlooked for full professor.
And other blk men in the department distanced themselves from this man. By the way he WON the lawsuit and got that school scrambling to demonstrate respect for diversity.

So I finally get a chance to meet this legend, this divinity in human form---probably one of the most intelligent men I've ever met.
I tell him with stars in my eyes how I want to do research with him someday.

And he says in his quiet humble voice with his Jamaican accent and a small sheepish smile,

If I’m not getting paid i’m NOT attending.

I remember a couple years back while I was in the Army I had this white redneck Sgt (I called him out on his redneck heritage once and he got PISSED but thats another story) who was trying to force all of us to attend some Ball. The entire unit caved EXCEPT me. I straight up told him I wasn’t going to that shyt. He was like “i’ll take away your three day weekend” and i told him go ahead. He got mad and had me work half the first day, thinking I’d do some dumb shyt like not show up and then he could give me an Article 15. I showed up, worked, and then supposedly he felt “guilty” and called up there and let me off after first shift.

That Cac didn’t feel guilty he was scared I’d report him for making me work on a MANDATORY three day weekend for not going to an OPTIONAL Ball.
