going through a lot of these stories and it seems like some of you dudes just hate being team players or dealing with authority

my pops was the same way, he worked his whole life and thought that anybody on any job that got any type of promotion kissed ass to get it - no exceptions
playing the game ain't always c00n behavior, sometimes you have to laugh at a few unfunny jokes or attend a few events outside of work to get ahead in life, that's just a part of the game

It might be a part of the game, but that shyt is hard to fukkin swallow...if not impossible.
I see these cacs slapping each other on the back all the time, grouping up to go out to lunch in their little closed group...never one fukking person of color and you can't tell me that ain't some subtle racist shyt.
But let the brothas and sistas get in a conversation or group up to go do something...they wanna infiltrate and find out what's going on.

Nobody fukkin invited them....just like how they never fukkin invite us. Move the fukk on an go find brad or chad and slap each other on the backs like you always do....we good over here.

I hear you, i've worked in corporate america for 11 years around mostly white people

When the black woman meets with other depts or schools, instead of introducing herself and her title, she calls herself "the dean's pitbull" She also often talks about how fair the boss' skin is and how delicate it is, telling us to make sure the temp in the office is always on the cooler side to accommodate for her.
