What did she do to deserve being removed.

This is like when a cop hits somebody upside the head for "resisting arrest" without a reason for the initial arrest.

So one more time.

What did she do to deserve being forcefully removed?

Myself personally, I don't believe there's anything wrong with her being forcefully removed, the question to me is how that's done. I'm under the impression her removal would have been handled a lot better had there been more than one person assisting in her removal.

Man you have got to be joking. There's plenty of anti-intellectualism and degenerate behaviors going on in that 3rd world country Nigeri
this is why i can't take a lot of nigerians in america seriously. they come over here and stick their nose up at us, but they dont want to talk about all the disgusting foul shyt that goes on in their own country. got muthafukkas casually raping kids, insane amounts of violence and criminality, unlimited corruption; just about everything you can think of in black america is amplified over there.

I grew up in NY and there's a large c00n population there :scust:
You are literately the most arrogant piece of shyt I have ever seen post on the coli. It's funny, you always call anyone who doesn't share your exact same dogma cacs, but you act just like a WHITE liberal. No facts or rational thinking, just rhetorical assertions. You resort to name calling when your getting bodied in a argument just like liberals do, except you switch the word racist, feminist, or homophobe with the word Cac. Or you pull the classic White liberal defense of claiming that you just care so much more about black people than your adversary does whenever they don't agree with one of your unproven solutions like moving back to Africa is the only way black ppl can prosper.

You're not anointed fam. What? Just because you read some Marcus Garvey you think you have some greater insight and knowledge to make betters choices for all black ppl than they do themselves. The ego you hold is astounding, again, no different from a white liberal. And just like a white liberal you really don't care about finding out what actual helps black ppl, all you care about is approval of your own vision for black ppl. fukk off, fgt.

Finally read something on the case and also...why did the news show it slowed down? The full speed video makes it look much more violent.

She merely refused to surrender her phone and then asked why was she being asked to leave.

Nothing belligerent or defiant as I mistook it.

I eat everything I said...

They showed the video full speed in the NJ news. They say the cop got fired. :blessed:

You gotta start at the beginning.

First what did she do to warrant someone putting their hands on her?

I'm actually surprised the girl didn't get hurt the way she was slung down and then thrown across the room.

You have to remember something, the snobby Nigerians and other immigrants, were very snobby in their country too...so its more cultural thing than a race thing. You wasting trying to get them woke, cause none of those things matter to them.

What did she do to deserve being forcefully removed?

I didn't ask for some policy you pulled out of your ass. I'm asking you.

What did she do to deserve being violently removed from her seat.
How do you know I pulled it out of my ass? Do you have any hard facts that prove what I said was false? Because I got this from the sheriff interview.

I don't know what she did to cause the teacher to want her removed, but I know the teacher and administrator have more knowledge and experience to make those sort of calls than some ppl on a forum or twitter, who have neither one of those qualifications.

Again, It just boggles my mind that ppl who have never ran shyt in their life(not saying that's the case for you) have more knowledge than ppl who do it for a living. I mean these ppl actually have to live with the consequence of their ideas if they go wrong, which potential means a reduction of their pay by 100%. Idk about you but if I had to second guess a person who has their income on the line versus some random guy on a forum, I gonna go with the guy who actually has something to lose.

The cop has the free will to react to the situation. He made a bad decision which is why he was fired.
Of course he could have told the teacher and administrator he won't do it. But that most likely would come at the cost of his job. Have you ever told your boss that you won't do the Job he hired you to do? It usually ends up in a reduction of payment by 100%. I mean it's easy to say he had free-will from the comfort of your home, but then again it's not your income on the line.

Still, how is this relevant to my argument? I never took a position on the officer actions besides me saying that I have zero knowledge or experience on how to restrain someone. I have never had to extract a girl who dug herself into a her chair just so she could resist me, so what the fukk do I know. Let the Internal affairs and FBI make the call on his actions. They know more on this stuff than you and me. I don't see how taking that positions = I'm in favor of anybody.

This young girl didn't get the respect you deemed the people in power should be getting.

Why don't you think she deserves that respect?
From my understanding she was asked numerous times to comply to the command to leave the classroom, so i'm not sure what your basis is for this "no respect" thing? And tbh what I really would desire is a bit of humility from ppl than respect. I swear you would think from reading this thread that coli posters could do every job better than every party involved in this incident, yet none of these ppl have any real world experience of doing any of these jobs.

So two officers forcefully removing her and dragging her across the floor would've been more to your liking? :jbhmm:

Lotta typing, but you still didn't answer the question.

Why does she get no courtesy of benefit of the doubt when you anilyze the situation?
