I knew 50 wasn't right when he chided banks for being sad about his pops dying
Right - the dude was likeI knew 50 wasn't right when he chided banks for being sad about his pops dying
He couldn't comprehend why one would be upset over something like that.He genuinely feels comfortable around confrontation. The way he grew up that shyt is normal to him. When thats all you know, no matter how fukked up it is, thats what feel the most comfortable around. 50 is Marlo on the last episode of the Wire.

That's the same size Floyd used to be.There's a reason him and Floyd were such great friends. They're both physical people who love to fight.I honestly don't think it's just him growing up that way (though that's a huge part of it too), I think it's born in you as well. If I weren't only 5'6 130 pounds I would be the same way as a 50 or a Floyd. I loved fighting and being in confrontations but when you're built as small as me you just get it beaten out of you and you realize you're not built for it.
50 was def insensitive because he never grew up with his father and his mother died when he was 8 but he had a point in saying Lloyd Banks was tripping because he took nearly a year off. That's a lot of time to take off. Basically his point was that you have to keep pushing, Kanye nor Nas really took as much time off when their mothers passed.
American way of life really sucks in that many of us are slaves to material things and money. Many of us just can't take off an extended period of time regardless of how hard we have without losing things. I'll never forget at my first job, I was working at the K-cafe in Kmart and my manager quit because of how insensitive they were towards her wanting to take time off when her mother passed. They pretty much hated when you take time off for anything, I'm sure she found a much better job but think...........in the rap game, especially today it's 10 times worse.....you can't take off or you may never get an opportunity to make as much money again.

nikka you aint lyin. I didn't love fighting I just used to always fight. It was more of a reflex.
) So as a kid its an even playing field because every body is skinny. When you get older and the nikkas around you fill out and you don't then you start to be more diplomatic.
