You do realize nothing is stopping an AA Company from saying "Hey Liberian Government we want to do this infrastructure project, and in us doing this project we will agree to that 70% of the people who work this project will be your citizens, and we agree they will be paid a wage of ____ USD"

why would I or any black american want to build up a nation that's not ours and at us when it comes down to it?

I didn't say present it to an African, I said to go an African nation and present your idea to the government or a University.

I joined the Army when I was 17. I've evolved since then.
