I'm not sure what you are arguing with dude about. Even I wanted to move to Liberia and become a citizen, there would be huge advantages to keeping my US citizenship, like a passport that allows travel to most countries, easy access to US banks, lenders, investors, etc.So why are you asking for Dual Citizenship then?
Then you don't want to become a Liberian Citizen. How hard is it to grasp that? Why would any country issue citizenship to someone who thinks that citizenship is lesser? When you become a citizen of a country you are committing to building that nation 100%. Dudes want to straddle on the fence.
The Liberian constitution literally states ONLY negros can be and become citizens (those who have a black father).
Becoming a Liberian citizen will give you access to running for government positions, your own military, an Ecowas passport which will give you access to ECOWAS countries without needing a passport.
Dudes aint about that nation buildign life if they there are countries inviting you to become citizens but you still want to pay taxes to America
Even if you dont want to become a citizen these countries still have an open door policy to invest and do business in these countries, just ask Robert Johnson.

Unless we take major stakes in Coke, Home Depot, Delta, Chick-Fil-A, Turner Broadcasting, Georgia Pacific, SunTrust, etc, Atlanta will have a white economy with blacks being allowed to participate here and there.
Now, compared to most other cities Atlanta has more black wealth and businesses, but it's far from a black Jerusalem.
Tulsa was closer to a Black Jerusalem than Atlanta.
