COURT DOCS & PROOF: T.I. Did Not Snitch to Get a Reduced Sentence in His 2007 Gun Case

I'm sure he paid a pretty penny. The one reason I always assumed he snitched was that I thought he received a downward departure from a mandatory sentence. My criminal law professor told us that in almost every circumstance where someone received ba downward departure it was due to substantial cooperation. Now that it appears there was no minimum it looks like he just used good ol money and crooked prosecutors/judges. Salute!

The unnamed snitch wasn't Alfamega, it was a former bodyguard that used to be around Yung Joc and Block. Alfamega snitched on a heroin dealer back in the 90's.

Btw... BG got 14 in the Feds for similar charges.

And tip ended up with the same lawyer alfamega had when he snitched

Mike Vick did ZERO time for dogfighting, he actually did time for interstate commerce for moving dogs over state lines..

You dont even know what the charges are, but speaking on the situation. Also, I dont beleive the Nation and White People in general were nearly as shocked by TIP buying guns, compared to what Vick was accused of. If you wanna make comparisons


the plea agreement references only one felony - and ur emotion doesnt really dispute anything I have posted.

What person are you naming that was put in jail because of statements by TI? That person has never spoken up and you would think he would be DYING to expose TI.

Further, what document can you post that disputes anything posted in OP? Post receipts or nah?
