If you're trying to put on some muscle and look good then just put in the work, eat right and stay consistent. Most cats I see that don't get big and make progress is result of having a half ass garbage can workouts and/or not eating right / enough period. And all of that has to be done consistently over a period of time

This is what I do and been doin for over a decade and I've worked in the gym almost the same spending countless hours on this shyt so figure out or don't. It's on y'all

I was drinking creatine off and on last year.. Month on month off..

I noticed a significant amount of weight and mass gain just not where I wanted it particularly so I just stopped altogether.

My goals in working out are more about physical progression and sustainability rather than looks..

I already have the "physique" and I'm not trying to get all huge or bigger..

Big arms and being swoll to women I don't think is the equivalent of a phat ass and thick to us men. But a lot of nikkaz think that so they be drinking creatine, protein and taking all kinds of supplements thinking they'll look like the rock in 6 months..

Bodybuilding was started by Cacs. This is the actual reality; why are you so adamant on making it about race. The first yorked Mr Universe started around 1930s when Cacs in America took synthesized testosterone from the Germans started using it for bodybuilding purposes. The first humans to break 200 pounds lean were all Cacs, after that, they show the brothas and the rest was history. Steroid use in America has been common since the 30s.

The human body has limits. The human male produces roughly 50-70mg of testosterone a week, that isn’t enough for real bodybuilding purposes. And as you age, you produce less, starts around 33.

Beginner doses for steroid cycles is 500MG TEST A WEEK and this is known as a beginner cycle, LMAO. After 30, you only produces like 1-2 IU of HGH at the most and this is depended on sleep, insulin and stress.

True be told, most swole cats you know whether in jail or IRL, are juicing and juicing hard. This is the modern day reality; those left behind stick to poisonous unregulated rubbish like Whey protein, creatine and the other supplement rubbish

Nothing more, nothing less. After you nailed down your diet, depending on substances sometimes diet is meaningless, better to learn about to cycle properly and safety.

It is 2017, dog eat dog world, those who have their head in their sand, lose, and lose HARD. Gear usage is more common than anyone here truly thinks,

It's the purest form. If you go to a GNC or vitamin shoppe and ask the employee for "creatine" they'll most likely direct you to the most over hyped, maltodextrin fuelled BS for like $50 etc. But if you get the regular creatine monohydrate you can get like 500 grams for a good price.

This is me at 215...no carbs diet but protein was about 375grams per day


Me around that same bodyweight I'm about 212 here still no carbs



This is me at 184 about 20lbs down from that last vid still no carbs


And this is me a couple weeks later at 174..
I lost to much weight doing to much cardio and still no carbs !!!! I didn't do the show I was too worn out and mad......lol

Yo luck how many calories were y'all eating a day?

I worked in the kitchen, kept a full box of food and drank about a gallon of milk a day. I wasn't counting but at least 5-6000 easy.

But from what I have seen is different peoples body's utilize protein and macros differently from others so a person has to play around for a while to figure what their body needs and responds to instead of following another person's blueprint. Some people have to eat more and eat cleaner than others do, some don't. It depends on the person to be honest

Only thing that I can say that was consistent is that in there it's about 50/50 nikkas and everything else and only the black cats where the ones consistently brolic. Couldn't even count the swole+cut white boys and Mexicans on one hand but honestly the shyt is so segregated that you don't really pay much attention to em like that either. Very little intermingling amongst different races. And I was in about 6 different facilities with several thousands of inmates a pop

That should tell people something about what yall are naturally gifted with on the genetics side if nothing else. That don't even include the shyt I've seen working out and working at gyms in the world for years but it's pretty much the same shyt
