Do your research. L-Glutamine is the safest strongest bulk agent available.

If you lift hard and consistent you are most likely deficient.

L-Glutamine, Taurine and Lysine combined (lower doses of each) is GOAT and basically jet engine fuel direct to your muscles. Virtually no side effects even long term.

This is me at 215...no carbs diet but protein was about 375grams per day


Me around that same bodyweight I'm about 212 here still no carbs



This is me at 184 about 20lbs down from that last vid still no carbs


And this is me a couple weeks later at 174..
I lost to much weight doing to much cardio and still no carbs !!!! I didn't do the show I was too worn out and mad......lol


Low carb will do that but without L-Glutamine in high doses it makes you very irritable. Especially with high intensity cardio.

Im 30 now so im gonna start looking into test. My metabolism is shot and im bored as fukk at the gym. I need a boost:flabbynsick:

Breh I'm 30 and nowhere near needing extra T. In fact I probably have more now than at 20. 30 should be peak the drop doesn't begin until 40 unless you just really fukked up your entire 20s HARD with loads of drugs and ER trips from alcohol etc.

Check your diet. Seriously. I bet you are missing at least 3 critical things if not more. Omega 3, A-Z and Magnesium especially.

There's plenty of nikkas gaining muscle in their 30s and up. Ive been in and around different places with literally 100s of swole, cut middle aged cats.

How can you continue to gain weight(Assuming lean muscle mass) in your 30s when Test levels start dropping(Slightly however)?? If they aren't first time lifters, they would probably have already maxed out their natural gains within the first 5 years. If someone is gaining mass in their 30s and is swole as hell, you best believe they running cycles.

You sound so navie, gear usage is more rampant than you think and easily accessible. Unless, you are around the person 24/7 you shouldn't give a another man benefit of the doubt, that is a child's move :picard::hhh::francis:

You dumbass clown I was in the joint with nikkas that couldn't afford noodles but was swole as hell from working in the kitchen so yea I I was actually around them 24/7 even if that was relevant but I guess they was spending that $20 a month state pay on steroids :mjlol: most of the biggest nikkas in there was in their 30s-50s, there was a big ass almost 50 year old cut nikka on the deck that would be doing tricep extensions with 2 plates with a square in his mouth then get up and talk shyt about how old he was and how these young nikkas couldn't fukk with him

You lame ass nikkas act like some straight up white boys from bodybuilding.com parroting literally the same exact bullshyt they be spewing :scust:get them cacs dikk out ya mouth :hhh:

As far as I know creatine mono is the standard.

I used to take creatine bitartrate (sp?) which I think is mixed with something to make it more "available" to the body
