espically if u don't drink hella water ..... I tryed creatine worked-out 4 x a week on the stuff n it just seemed to give me that bloated look which was shyt .... Whey protein - isolate is the way forward

This is me at 215...no carbs diet but protein was about 375grams per day
Me around that same bodyweight I'm about 212 here still no carbs
This is me at 184 about 20lbs down from that last vid still no carbs
And this is me a couple weeks later at 174..
I lost to much weight doing to much cardio and still no carbs !!!! I didn't do the show I was too worn out and mad......lol
