Creatine ain't no good for the liver tho :ohhh: espically if u don't drink hella water ..... I tryed creatine worked-out 4 x a week on the stuff n it just seemed to give me that bloated look which was shyt .... Whey protein - isolate is the way forward :sas2::myman:

Nice combo.....I would save the mast and run it on its own after test+tren...

This is me at 215...no carbs diet but protein was about 375grams per day


Me around that same bodyweight I'm about 212 here still no carbs



This is me at 184 about 20lbs down from that last vid still no carbs


And this is me a couple weeks later at 174..
I lost to much weight doing to much cardio and still no carbs !!!! I didn't do the show I was too worn out and mad......lol

Use the Smith machine an only do incline bench,
Only go that heavy when in off season when your protein intake is really high.

I don't consume anymore vitamins, creatine, or protein shakes anymore. I eat protein bars when I'm really hungry while on the run tho. My diet is basic as fukk and I consume 50g to 100g of protein daily. I try my best to keep my calories at 2000 a day.

I'm chasing that lean athletic look. Currently 217lbs, end goal is 205lbs. Maybe will move goal to 200lbs.

It's 2017 and people still believe in these unregulated unethical supplement companies :russ::snoop::mindblown:

It actually would be better to supplement with Dianabol as it does the same thing as creatine whilst adding lean muscle mass and backed by medical literature. And safe on the liver as creatine.

If you serious about adding on lean muscle mass, start with Test and work your way through AAS ladder(Deca, Tren, Sdrol, Tbol, Var and so on).

Bodybuilding, Atheltic perforamnce = AAS + HGH + Insulin. Don't let them tell you otherwise,

After between the ages of 24-26 testosterone levels slowly decline each year, and spike of the drop is more the older you get..
Testosterone levels of a healthy males actually start decline by 1% each year around 32-33 NOT 24-26 when a male just entered his physical prime.
