So the total would be 12oz=72grams of protein...

It actually would be better to supplement with Dianabol as it does the same thing as creatine whilst adding lean muscle mass and backed by medical literature. And safe on the liver as creatine.
If you serious about adding on lean muscle mass, start with Test and work your way through AAS ladder(Deca, Tren, Sdrol, Tbol, Var and so on).
Bodybuilding, Atheltic perforamnce = AAS + HGH + Insulin. Don't let them tell you otherwise,
I don't consume anymore vitamins, creatine, or protein shakes anymore. I eat protein bars when I'm really hungry while on the run tho. My diet is basic as fukk and I consume 50g to 100g of protein daily. I try my best to keep my calories at 2000 a day.
I'm chasing that lean athletic look. Currently 217lbs, end goal is 205lbs. Maybe will move goal to 200lbs.

Dbol isn't that harsh on the liver at all. Old School Bbers from 50s-80 use to cycle Dbol up to 20 weeks at a time and Eastern Europeans use to run Tbol or Dbol at low dosages on years on end. Liver toxicity is overblown, as the liver regenerates itself and AAS are mild on the liver than liquor.Agreed for the most part, but if you think d-bol is the same on the liver as creatine...lmao
Dbol is very bad on the liver and should be cycled for no more then 6 weeks max!!!!
Creatine can be taken for months and months with no need at all and no need to really cycle it.
