1 Oz of chicken breast=6 grams of protein
I go 6ozx6=36 grams I eat it twice a day=72
So the total would be 12oz=72grams of protein...


Different Meats change like shrimp is 8grams of protein per oz.

What did you supplement your lack of carbs with? I tried that no carb shyt years ago and only ended up with headaches and a lack of energy to do anything.

I gained 30-40 pounds over like a 6 month period using it
It wasn't all muscle and I'm sure a lot of it was water weight but nobody can tell when you got a tee on
You will get bigger regardless on creatine, diet and working out consistently is the difference between being cut and defined or just getting bigger and bulky like a jail nikka

The headache go away after the first week but you must stay in keto, of if you cheat throwing yourself in an out of keto then you will get headaches

Creatine is non-hormonal. If your losing your hair it's due to your genetics,

Hair loss from steroids is cause by a hormone call dht, dihroxytestosterone, the steroid "winstrol" works by using data to burn fat and build muscle on a smaller scale, also can enhance speed.

It actually would be better to supplement with Dianabol as it does the same thing as creatine whilst adding lean muscle mass and backed by medical literature. And safe on the liver as creatine.

If you serious about adding on lean muscle mass, start with Test and work your way through AAS ladder(Deca, Tren, Sdrol, Tbol, Var and so on).

Bodybuilding, Atheltic perforamnce = AAS + HGH + Insulin. Don't let them tell you otherwise,

I don't consume anymore vitamins, creatine, or protein shakes anymore. I eat protein bars when I'm really hungry while on the run tho. My diet is basic as fukk and I consume 50g to 100g of protein daily. I try my best to keep my calories at 2000 a day.

I'm chasing that lean athletic look. Currently 217lbs, end goal is 205lbs. Maybe will move goal to 200lbs.

Try
200 grams of protein
250 grams of carbs
75 grams of fat.
An do cardio after lifting.

Dbol isn't that harsh on the liver at all. Old School Bbers from 50s-80 use to cycle Dbol up to 20 weeks at a time and Eastern Europeans use to run Tbol or Dbol at low dosages on years on end. Liver toxicity is overblown, as the liver regenerates itself and AAS are mild on the liver than liquor.

But always better safe than sorry,

Yea you have to drink a lot of water tho. I firmly believe creatine and drinkin alcohol without drinking enough water was the reason I got blood clots.

I'd personally mess with it on and off for a few months at a time.

What's up with nikkas fukking with steroids and chemicals always trying to get everybody else to get on that shyt with them :what: that's white boy and mentally weak nikka shyt.


After between the ages of 24-26 testosterone levels slowly decline each year, and spike of the drop is more the older you get..

There's plenty of nikkas gaining muscle in their 30s and up. Ive been in and around different places with literally 100s of swole, cut middle aged cats.

That's white boy science literally because none of the research behind this was done in depth on black people so :camby:
