Idk why you nikkas even talk about the gym ok here. Its literally a pointless debate that solves nothin
.

.This is classical exhibit of an individual who speaks yet knows so little.
Bodybuilding was started by Cacs. This is the actual reality; why are you so adamant on making it about race. The first yorked Mr Universe started around 1930s when Cacs in America took synthesized testosterone from the Germans started using it for bodybuilding purposes. The first humans to break 200 pounds lean were all Cacs, after that, they show the brothas and the rest was history. Steroid use in America has been common since the 30s.
The human body has limits. The human male produces roughly 50-70mg of testosterone a week, that isn’t enough for real bodybuilding purposes. And as you age, you produce less, starts around 33.
Beginner doses for steroid cycles is 500MG TEST A WEEK and this is known as a beginner cycle, LMAO. After 30, you only produces like 1-2 IU of HGH at the most and this is depended on sleep, insulin and stress.
True be told, most swole cats you know whether in jail or IRL, are juicing and juicing hard. This is the modern day reality; those left behind stick to poisonous unregulated rubbish like Whey protein, creatine and the other supplement rubbish
I won’t waste my time with this moron, to those who want to know the reality about bodybuilding, athletics and any performance related activites, it is all AAS, HGH and Slin. Nothing more, nothing less. After you nailed down your diet, depending on substances sometimes diet is meaningless, better to learn about to cycle properly and safety.
It is 2017, dog eat dog world, those who have their head in their sand, lose, and lose HARD. Gear usage is more common than anyone here truly thinks,
How tall are you?
@ultraflexed what you supposed to stack the test yout get from the doctor with?
What you think about clen? I got mass but need to cut down.
What's funny? Have you tried both?
Ya'll keep spouting creatine, while most of you have man breast claiming that you work out.
That's what works for me and I'm more ripped than most of you (based on the pictures I've seen).
Do whatever works for you with yo man breast.

Being black your genetics for putting on muscle exceeds people of other races, that's why I said I don't understand brehs using that shyt. If you kill it in the gym, you are gonna get results.

The amount of misinformation being slung around in this thread![]()
No. Black people have more muscle density and are better equipped at putting more muscle on tahn people of other races. Look at female track stars. Black people have naturally muscular phisques without working out in their teens.
thanks brehCreatine is non-hormonal. If your losing your hair it's due to your genetics,
Hair loss from steroids is cause by a hormone call dht, dihroxytestosterone, the steroid "winstrol" works by using data to burn fat and build muscle on a smaller scale, also can enhance speed.

I never said that fakkit. I said long term use of weights that heavy is bad for your joints and tendons. And you can build a a1 physique without benching 300+. Look at that nikka arnold he cant even walk straight no more lol. Unless you getting paid to lift or a professional athlete is not worth the risk. That's the same dude who said he would never bench more than 225 because "all that muscle is bad for you."
I don't know why so many people dapped that idiot.
Breh I'm 30 and nowhere near needing extra T. In fact I probably have more now than at 20. 30 should be peak the drop doesn't begin until 40 unless you just really fukked up your entire 20s HARD with loads of drugs and ER trips from alcohol etc.
Check your diet. Seriously. I bet you are missing at least 3 critical things if not more. Omega 3, A-Z and Magnesium especially.
Unfortunately this was the case due to some things I got myself into during my teens and early 20s. Also in my early 20s until I was about 26 I was on prescribed pain medication daily which lowers test. After I had an operation and got off the meds, I got really into lifting and changed my whole lifestyle for the better drastically. When I asked what I should do to stay in shape after the surgery, going forward, my doctor told me nothing more than a recumbant bike. I was like yeah ok buddy. ended up recomp'ing my whole body, losing like 60 lbs of fat and putting back on 20 lbs of that into muscle. BUT - Then i stupidly jumped into those legal test boosters and quasi-legal oral pro-hormones for a bit. My liver is probably banged up - I take milk thistle daily to help with that. My test levels could need a serious boost, but my only issue is I do not want to start supplementing it and have to rely on basically...TRT for the rest of my life. Idk what to do
Don't fukk with TRT yet. All hope isn't lost.
In order to have healthy hormone levels and balance you also need Omega 3s. How are you with that?
Megadose EPA/DHA to be at least 10 grams per day for the first 10 days (depending on the brand this can be a LOT of pills so maybe try the Nordic natural liquid fish oil mixed with banana and orange juice in a smoothie blended) so long as you are not taking any blood thinners (wafarin) or SSRI antidepressants at the time.
Good stuff man thanks for the info. Omega 3s I am probably lacking on. I take a good multi, l-tyrosine for all the damage I've probably done to my dopamine receptors, and magnesium (1000 mg / day). For omega 3s though? shyt... I eat a nice cut of salmon once or twice a week... but that's it
