If budget allows increase the salmon to 3x a week or you can also eat more sardines (i think this brand was good) :

word thanks... i think im gonna supplement it instead of trying to get it from food. it sounds lazy but it's a lot easier to get on a daily supplement routine and anything i take in from daily foods would be like a little bonus I guess

does it matter if its the pills creatine or powder I wanted to get the pills cause figured just pop one and keep it moving

You get less for your money with the pills. Pills last maybe 1-2 months. At the same price, the powder will last 3-4 at the same amount (5g per day).

ok good looking same results though right..and is it good to do before work outs or after
if your not eating right would that fukk up the gain of creatine cause my eating habits sucks and I think thats why I cant gain the weight I want to

This has been the best creatine to come out in 6 years. It's low dosed an you can take it year around...and it's cheap....lol

When I went hard in the gym with a trainer and everything, I was doing Creatine and whey protein during the day. Casein powder at night. Gained 15lbs of muscle in a couple of months.

Daily diet was chicken and brown rice and a green vegetables every night for dinner.

Oatmeal with yogurt, walnuts cinnamon and cranberries for breakfast everyday.

Plenty of water.

30 pull ups in a clip had my back and shoulders looking :ahh::ahh::ahh:

I miss those days.

He was probably taking excessive amounts during the "loading phase" where they take up to 10 grams a day for 10 days...that will put you on the toilet big time
