He was probably taking excessive amounts during the "loading phase" where they take up to 10 grams a day for 10 days...that will put you on the toilet big time
Why not take regular dosage for a month instead of fukking your stomach up just so the shyt kicks in a little faster? :mjlol:

There is company called EAS they have supplements at walmart and Costco.

They make this creatine called "phosphagen" creatine...they recommend 10grams day plus the 10 days of "loading phase"...it does taste amazing though.

It's called the chicken breast brown rice and veggie diet

U only need to be in the gym 45 mins a day

If it's too hard it's because u aren't really trying

the older you get having a lot of weight will become nothing but a burden, and all that mass will have you looking flabby in you mid 40's, ric flair man titties
stress on your joints, etc

if you already way a lot, if you wanna get lean all you have to do is fast, it's a reason why it's in the bible. Fasting will cleanse your body because if you stop in taking food, your body will have no choice to but to eat and burn off the bacteria living inside of you

Bodybuilding is for fakkits, there is nothing practical about being or looking like bodybuilder, if you want to take HGH the rest of you life enjoy having stomach looking like the fist of the north star touched one of your pressure points because of over grown organs, then by all means

also not everybody can be cut and ripped no matter what you do, if it's not your body type it' not your body type, no matter how lean you get you won't look like bruce lee unless that's just how you look without having your muscles covered in fat

all the models in the ads of exercise equipment and products are actor on steroids who are already photogenic to begin with

If you want a certain look you have to find somebody with at least your same build and ask them for tips

You try working 12 hour shifts midnight shift, it ain't as easy as you think

And honestly constantly eating that stuff just gets real lame for me, I enjoy food too much I suppose

Bro if you don't have 30 minutes to spend away from work then that's probably a personal issue that needs dealing with

If you enjoy food too much to eat based on nutritional needs over taste then again that's a personal issue that needs dealing with

My classmate was singing its praises, but one day he drank too much and he felt nauseous during an exam, he ran to the bathroom after and threw up. He still drinks that shyt, I just told him to drink the recommended dosage on the label (whatever it is).

It probably fukks up your kidneys.

You're supposed to only have 2.5-5g of it. Which is comes out to half a teaspoon and a teaspoon respectively. Some people take SCOOPS :damn:
