Protein shakes don't agree with my stomach at all. It makes me feel bloated till the point where I feel sick and makes my stomach hurt :snoop:

Is creatine a good solution? I'm not trying to kill my kidneys though I need them


Your taking milk based whey protein with lactose

You need "isolated" whey protein where the lactose is removed...that's what's causing your stomach to act up.....whey isolated protein is easy to find.

I been trying cheap protein anyway. The kind with soy and shyt, I hear that's no good.

So basically I need a isolated whey mix without soy?

This is me at 215...no carbs diet but protein was about 375grams per day


Me around that same bodyweight I'm about 212 here still no carbs



This is me at 184 about 20lbs down from that last vid still no carbs


And this is me a couple weeks later at 174..
I lost to much weight doing to much cardio and still no carbs !!!! I didn't do the show I was too worn out and mad......lol

I've started using it. Can someone explain how it works? I had a friend explain it, but his explanation was :patrice:

It increase atp at a cellular level which gives a boost in energy proformance

The Physical effect is that creatine also pulls water into your muscle cells creating a "volume" effect of enhanced muscle size.....when actually its just creatine pulling excess water into the cells, when you get off it goes away for the most part.

I'm about to start another diet I'm 220 right now probably alil over 20% which will probably allow me to gain muscle while dieting which usually improve but have extra weight to spare so it should be possible, I'll probably go down to 190 well see, but this diet will include carbs..

Go to the doctor have them run blood test on your levels, you might be able to get them to give you test shots.
Im about to do this. A friend of mine a few years older than me is a trainer , we lift once in a while...he did the same shyt when he hit 30 . He gave me a doctor to goto when im ready
