You guys are funny, maybe if this were 2001 creatine would be the "secrete weapon"

On a scale from 1-10
Creatine is a 7.5..it's good, effective but far from great.
No2 is better but even that is dated...

If your over 25 an been training for more then 3 years.

Look into some test....try to get it from a doctor
After looking into some tren.....

Tren is the blood of superman....
It's your favorite nfl players supplement..

Training and nutrition have come along way im the NFL but not so much from the 90's to now so what's the difference .......GH.....and test, tren.
Those are drugs.. the juice.

Don't take that shyt smh.

True.

I've tried all different types of creatine, even the expensive ones.....but the standard good ol creatine monohydrate is the ONLY one that works for me. All the other did nothing.

9.99 from GNC. The Vitamin Shoppe brand used to be great, but they did something to it a few years ago and now it doesn't work for me.

^^^^^

dudes who get on roids, stop coming to the gym after they get off. They're ashamed to come back b/c the look is obvious. And also, roids can mess with ur self-confidence when you get off. You look in the mirror at yourself like :francis:. So dudes get hooked on it.

You're not building muscle really with roids. At least with creatine, you're building a base under the water weight. AND, if you only use creatine 2-3x a week, and do your CARDIO, you won't have water "bloat" at all.
Where did you hear this nonsense? You can build muscle without lifting weights on roids!

You said you can't build muscle while losing body fat at the same time wtf kind of dumb shyt is that LOL.

Maybe you worded it wrong.

No, you cannot do both at the same time, especially without roids.

If a person is 200 at 10% body fat
He drops to 190 at 5%.
He didn't build muscle and burn fat, he just lost fat so the percentage change (He has a high % of muscle)

Same in reverse
If a person is 190 pounds at 10%
Then they gain 10 pounds of muscle
There 200 but there body fat dropped to 8%
Did they burn fat and gain muscle?
No.
By adding more muscle the percentage changes although he has the same amount of fat as he had at 200lbs it only appears like he burned fat, when he really just gained muscle which in turn lowered to muscle to fat ratio which changed the %. When in turn his body still has the 18 lbs of fat. Math may be slightly off but the ratio is terminalogly is correct

The ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS IS, if you super obese and starting from ground zero then yes.

And if your running gear and Gh.

If not, pretty much impossible to do.
Scientifically there is a certain amount of protein/carbs/fat one must take to gain muscle, but you can do that and expect to burn fat.
Or put your body at a deficit and gain muscle, the human body doesn't work that way.

This is classical exhibit of an individual who speaks yet knows so little.

Bodybuilding was started by Cacs. This is the actual reality; why are you so adamant on making it about race. The first yorked Mr Universe started around 1930s when Cacs in America took synthesized testosterone from the Germans started using it for bodybuilding purposes. The first humans to break 200 pounds lean were all Cacs, after that, they show the brothas and the rest was history. Steroid use in America has been common since the 30s.

The human body has limits. The human male produces roughly 50-70mg of testosterone a week, that isn’t enough for real bodybuilding purposes. And as you age, you produce less, starts around 33.

Beginner doses for steroid cycles is 500MG TEST A WEEK and this is known as a beginner cycle, LMAO. After 30, you only produces like 1-2 IU of HGH at the most and this is depended on sleep, insulin and stress.

True be told, most swole cats you know whether in jail or IRL, are juicing and juicing hard. This is the modern day reality; those left behind stick to poisonous unregulated rubbish like Whey protein, creatine and the other supplement rubbish
I won’t waste my time with this moron, to those who want to know the reality about bodybuilding, athletics and any performance related activites, it is all AAS, HGH and Slin. Nothing more, nothing less. After you nailed down your diet, depending on substances sometimes diet is meaningless, better to learn about to cycle properly and safety.

It is 2017, dog eat dog world, those who have their head in their sand, lose, and lose HARD. Gear usage is more common than anyone here truly thinks,

it may be that blacks have higher test to begin with so perhaps the decline is not as quick as other groups of people. i went to the doctor at 33 and got my test measured and the shyt was at like 1200 and i ain't no bodybuilder or shootin up or anything.

If you're already a full grown man, gaining size is just dumb
the older you get having a lot of weight will become nothing but a burden, and all that mass will have you looking flabby in you mid 40's, ric flair man titties
stress on your joints, etc

if you already way a lot, if you wanna get lean all you have to do is fast, it's a reason why it's in the bible. Fasting will cleanse your body because if you stop in taking food, your body will have no choice to but to eat and burn off the bacteria living inside of you

Bodybuilding is for fakkits, there is nothing practical about being or looking like bodybuilder, if you want to take HGH the rest of you life enjoy having stomach looking like the fist of the north star touched one of your pressure points because of over grown organs, then by all means

also not everybody can be cut and ripped no matter what you do, if it's not your body type it' not your body type, no matter how lean you get you won't look like bruce lee unless that's just how you look without having your muscles covered in fat

all the models in the ads of exercise equipment and products are actor on steroids who are already photogenic to begin with

If you want a certain look you have to find somebody with at least your same build and ask them for tips

This is the dumbest shyt I've ever read :mjlol:
