I said probably, I believe that it's the second least valuable after Vol.1.
One could discuss AG as well.

All the others have a couple hits.

Big songs, that's where it's at.
The only big hits Jay has like that are Empire State Of Mind, Izzo, Big Pimpin, Dirt Off Your Shoulder, 99 Problems, Otis and nikkas In Paris. The rest of the singles he has are not going to make their way into commercials. So explain how Reasonable Doubt is "worth less" monetarily to Jay than something like BP2 or the Dynasty album.

The 20th anniversary of Reasonable Doubt is not an event like Illmatic. not even close :camby:
That will always burn Jay Z up about NaS. Did anyone notice at the ten year mark?
You mean other than the 10th anniversary concert at Radio City Music Hall?

It don't have to be a hit to be licensed. Brooklyn Go Hard, Oh my God, Welcome 2 NYC & many other Jay records have been used in movie marketing ads. This is why owning your masters is important.

How is he going at Jay with that post? He big-upped the album and brought up how hard they both worked to bring it to the light.

The Blueprint 2 title track was used in commercials for the Nike for an entire year.

You also forgot Run This Town, etc. Besides that, "I Just Wanna Love You" was on the dynasty. So from a commercial standpoint, RD probably has the least value and it is more about sentimental value.

SINY!!
Rocafella or Reasonable Doubt masters? As for the former, they all sold their remaining percentage of it to Def Jam when they first split up, then Def Jam gave it back to Jay, as one of the terms for him taking the Def Jam President/CEO job.

As for latter, they all (Jay, Dame, and Biggs) own it together equally.

Reasonable Doubt was released through Priority. After the album dropped, and became successful....was when Def Jam came to them all with an offer to bring Jay and the label over there!

That commercial is most likely some other version of the original by Ennio Morricone? But however
People are forgetting shyt like Bonnie & Clyde, Numb/Encore, Show Me What you got, Holy Grail and other tracks as well.

They show up in very random places those things, Forbes said his catalogue was worth over 50 million bucks.

When they sold EMI, the label went for 1.9 billion and the publishing division for 2.2, that shyt is real.
Specially now with all these new streaming services and shyt.
