To be fair, I've seen the job argument made before.

But other than that, yeah, it's mostly about dating and sex.

And I have zero sympathy for women when it comes to dating and sex. I've been rejected by dark skin women more than any other type of woman on the grounds of me not being their "type". Clearly they have enough options to still be picky.

Colorism is so rife in the Caribbean it's disgusting. And it goes past being bitter about not getting chose by people you want, I mean attitudes towards light skin people compared to dark skins and that saddest part is, dark skin/brown skin people are the ones that perpetuate it the most, which allows light skin people to carry themselves with this air of expectancy of better treatment all because they're so used to being worshipped by low self esteem nikkas because they're closer to the complexion of their colonisers. It's like lesser racism, but from your own people.

I know its anecdotal but, in my travels and dating history, I've found that lightskin women act more siddity than even other races of females. Which is why I never understood the desire black men have for them. If you that caught up on complexion, you can date a pawg or a latina and 90% of the time, they gonna be more down to earth. Personally, I've never really fukked with them. Only dated two girls who were light skin. It's not bitterness or anything. But its like I subconsciously picked up on the bolded dynamic when I was younger and it manifested in me being not that attracted to them. I find brown skin women sexier.
