Dating as a 30+ yr old man

A good friend of mines is in late 30s and dates from 20 to mid 30s. Lately he's come to realize that he really doesn't enjoy dating the women in their 20s. He likes the way they look but his main complaint is that they are dumb. He dated one young chick for 6 months and never said one nice thing about her. I think is main issue is older women don't keep their appearance up. If older women kept their appearance up I think he would prefer them.

Anyway, back to OP.....no, it should be easier as you should have more resources to scoop most women....30+ unmarried women have baby/prince charming fever and won't give up the p*ssy too quick due to a warp sense of self and saving it for the "perfect one"....

For my guys who are 30+ do you find it is easier to date women than it was in your 20s? I am 31 and it finally dawned on me that I am getting old. Most of the women I encounter on a daily basis are in their early to mid 20s ( I live in a college town) . I don't get as many smiles and flirting as I did when I was a younger man. And it makes sense. I am an old man in their eyes. Dont get me wrong I still get my fair share of play.

I dont really encounter too many woman in my age bracket. I feel like all of them have either moved out of state to ome of the major cities or are married (or single) with kids.

What has been your experience? Do you date women also in their 30s or do you date younger?

Either keep flirting with 20 something year old or go find someone your own age at the bar

OP, you sound like you're I turn 40 in a year and still attract women, because I look barely changed from I did ten years ago. Dating isn't any different now than it was when I was in my late 20s, save for me having more financial freedom, which bolsters my appeal in the eyes of those I'm courting.

It's trash for me. Less options/opportunites now and I'm ugly gang.

But going back to your point, any physically attractive woman at any age won’t have a problem attracting a man.

But in reality, it’s rare for a woman in her 30s/40s to match the physical peak of a woman in her 20s. Of course they exist but they aren’t common.

Men are just programmed to find young women attractive. Society has tried to shame us into thinking that’s creepy even though it’s biological.

Ask any man in a long term relationship if they preferred how their wife/gf looked in their 20s compared to their 30s/40s... and I think the answer would be unanimous. (Post pregnancy bodies being the exceptions of course).

Anyone, Male or female, will have options If they have their shyt together. But generally speaking, women find older/maturer men more attractive, and vice versa for men.

Dating now is easy mode - even on the apps which are shyt for most guys (they were for me previously)

I've been on more dates, been with more women, in the last 2 years than I had for the entirety of my 20's.

Wish it didn't have to be this way and i was more successful in my 20s but that's life. When it's your time its your time and vice versa.

I’m not a lawyer but I have friends in that field.

Simply put, any man in that field of work will have women lining up. I work in finance but we roll in the same circles. If you’re a black man with no kids? Shiiiit. It’s like having the cheat code.

One of my good friends is a doctor but he grew up in the hood like me. I’m not even exaggerating... when women find out he’s a doctor, they’re practically begging to marry him. To get a breh from the hood who’s a doctor? That’s Tupac in Scrubs.

But none of us feel the urge to settle down when women from 20-45 are all choosing us. It’s messed up but why would we when we have our pick of the bunch?

It depends on the girl. I’m 31 too. I get girls in their 20s who think I’m grandpa status and I get girls who won’t leave me alone and want me to wife them.
