Beyond Burgers

It's like $6 for 2 but they are amazing.

Welcome to that Whole Foods life
My wife and I just started our route towards being Vegan and we've been researching Beyond's products. Hearing good things about them.

So far we've been eating a lot of sweet potatoes, Pinto beans, rice, zuccini, and roasted veggies.

We're only a 1 week and a few days in. We have a subscription to Hello Fresh which helps a lot.

Make gumbo, that's always my go to.

Zatarans gumbo mix is vegan. Add some veggies with Chikn strips, tofu andouille sausage put it in the oven & let it broil afterwards.

Good eating.

Whole Food has good "crab" cakes.

Make some stir fry but stay away from HONEY terriyaki. Since honey comes from an animal.

Also check out AfroVegan they have good recipes. Good luck to you, breh.

Why can't people just eat normally and within calorie range whilst working out to lose weight? :gucci:

No way I'm gonna give up steak, pork, lamb, fish and especially chicken. That must be a pretty miserable life :scust:

Not vegan but I eat vegan food a few times a week, always really clean, if not always interesting. Good desserts.

If you have a Cafe Gratitude near you, check that out OP.

Most important thing in being vegan/vegetarian is knowledge. Then prep.

Anyone switching, make sure you keep easy recipes in your back pocket. Also keep a bag of nuts and seeds in there, too.

I'm happy that this thread is still going.

This faqqot ass niqqa @Monentum actually neeged me for the OP. Eating meat actually has dogma attached to it to where niqqas defend it like they are offended by what I eat. No Harlem.

Anyways.

I ran a couple miles on like day 5. My performance was equal or better.
