Day 2...starving. I did have a black bean burger (no bread) some roasted potatoes, and spinach. Yesterday had some spaghetti squash with spinach, basil, and tomatoes. This is all dinner of course. And snack on cashews, applesauce, and oranges. Also drank a gallon and a half of water each day.
Niqqa I be hungrier than fukc like 3x per day. Like I wrote, an apple is enough to quiet the belly for a time.
The hunger is different than before. It's like 'EAT NOW!!' Kinda scary.
