This isn’t higher learning unfortunately, so the ability to understand scope and scale when it comes to national budgets will be lost. In any effect, this video here breaks down a lot of the rhetorical devices being used to erode democracy and further move us toward minority rule.
As you can see from a lot of the comments here, there’s a lot of folks who feel ‘empowered’ with a ‘strong-man authoritarian’ figure. Its a grift to better line the pockets of the oligarchy class, but we’re more than willing to by into it.

No movement has been made with that. Too many promises and too little progress. We gotta vote y’all in the midterms to save democracy but apparently it’s no guarantee “moderate dems” will get in line when it’s time to and the party overall has been weak as shyt in regards to attacking republicans, whether it be for the insurrection or voting rights or filibuster or stacking the courts etc.
Republicans get votes because their base is motivated by hate. Democrats have to actually come with real shyt of substance and they ain’t doing it

What you are talking bout is being stuck in a cycle were we never get anything. Just vote for Democrats and against Republicans for no reason than to do what Malcolm said "being a pawn in the the political football game between the white conservative and the white liberal". Democrats had an easy layup after 2020, but they didn't even take the shot. Didn't even have to hit the shot just had to at least try. They went back to boogeyman politics, so they need to hold this L in order to break the cycle.

and if we don't have a majority in the house and the senate we can stop some of the crazy shyt from happening. The fact that a president doesn't have a majority (which is the case most of the times) is a check on presidential power. That's a good thing. Just imagine what Trump would've done had he kept his majority.People complaining like they have ever voted in a midterm before.
