Look like a retirement community, but still would be dope to have that much square footage to mess with.

Damn, I was gonna say I thought it was gonna be a real castle, lol but u went all the way in …imo only thing stupid is expecting the savages in the D not to raid his kingdom :mjlol:
The design is horrible. There is no landscaping or style just a bunch of builds pieced together. It looks like a commercial rental space.

It does nothing to beautify the area.

Yeah I think it’s ugly :yeshrug:

The Truth
Looks like a construction company’s headquarters. You can see trucks near the beginning of the vid and several high bay garages. I highly doubt this is a primarily a residence or family compound.
Thats what made me think he’s working on it…

But that shyt is ugly af :mjlol:

Idk if its the color or what, but it looks like a group home or something still made in the 80’s and still rundown. Hopefully its not finished

Not a fan of the design but salute to a black man being able to build something like this for himself and family. Property taxes are probably dirt cheap so it’s a steal as long as he doesn’t mind the surrounding area.

Even with cameras there’s way too much ground to secure for my liking. Hopefully the neighborhood is turning around

Alot of Detroit neighborhoods have already turned around or are turning around. The issue is preventing over gentrification. Downtown is gentrified though. I used to see mostly blk people, arab, and some latinos(puerto ricans) back in the day, last time I visited I saw black, arab, white, asian, south asian, all kind of hispanic,
