He could’ve just built a bunch of duplicate homes like the first one with nice landscaping and new sidewalks. Could’ve kept the fencing, even. Would’ve contributed way more to property values vs this mini storage lookin shyt….

My thing is, if it actually resembled a castle or at the very least looked nice then I could see it bringing eyes to the area.

This looks terrible.



He could have used the money to make the original house look better, but this looks like the Family Matters neighborhood, with added stuff. He even kept with the original outdated design. It looks like a halfway house, and the sides of the building look like those old fashioned rest stops that are just bathrooms. And no, we don’t have to say only positive things just because a black man did something. Living in the hood is overrated. We need more black suburbs.

I have some relatives that similarly built a mansion in the middle of the hood in North St. Louis. They wanted to build the house near where they grew up. Both husband and wife are Army vets. They host all kinds of parties and shyt all the time, I’ve been there probably a dozen or more times. People around the neighborhood know not to fukk with them or that house given their military background. The husband often shows off a new AR-15 he got on FB and shyt.
