Based on what we know of Jay, this is actually the most believable part to me. He seems like one of the few people who is going to leave his illegal hustle alone while he’s hot, take a step back, in order to make a longer term legal play.
I just was wondering if it made much sense. It's like me and you leaving our city making millions a week to fly off to Australia to make a couple hundred dollars a month for a newish fad called "afro-beats". Because I don't think many 1988 hustlers would leave NYC for hiphop in London, England.
