I don't even know what my GPA was to be honest. I do know I didn't study for the ACT. I took it and got like a 30, but it was so long ago I can't remember.

I got in with a 2.8.
Got a 29 on the ACT though. And a 680 verbal/620 math on the SAT.:stylin:

I had a comparable GPA and got in every college I applied to in state here (u of illinois, NIU, SIU, illinois state, bradley) and my ACT score was only like 24 at a time when u only needed a score of around 18 to get in.

At the beginning of mean streets
A good GPA can make admissions teams look past a low standardized test score. You wouldn't be eligible for scholarships and CC is cheap, a Pell Grant would cover the cost of those same courses. You just need to make sure when you get into college that you keep your GPA above a 3.0, shyt if it's above a 3.5 and you're trying to get into grad school they might even waive the GRE. But that's way far ahead. Just gotta buckle up and do ya work.
