Jordan and Wilt

Well when it's all said and done and Dirk will be number 5/6 and KG will be at 12, if that helps. And KG is ahead of Reggie Miller, so what does your logic prove once again?
Also who would you rather have in the playoffs? Prime Dirk or Prime KG?
This isn't even close. It's Dirk
Let me know when KG get's straight up sonned by the number 8 seed in the year he won the MVP...
Toe to Toe? Show me one clip...just one...of Dirk being anywhere near Bosh, Bron, or Wade, on defense in that entire series...
Cats out here making it seem like Dirk was out here putting in all this work when he spent that whole series hiding on Joel Anthony on defense and hitting wide open 18 footers save that one slow motion game winning layup
Cats act like Dirk hasn't played with more all-stars during his career than any other "star" player in basketball...
LOL Dirk has played with 2 hall of fame point guards...most teams have never had 1 hall of fame point guard at anytime in their history...
KG has repeatedly gone deep into the playoffs...he was within seconds of winning back to back titles...
Dirk won his 1 title and did what the next year...got swept off the face of the earth by OKC...and then he did what the next year...oh yeah got fat after his surgery and smoothed watched the playoffs on a television that probably isn't bigger than mine
?????. KG Stans never want to bring up playoff performances. I wonder Why
How did Kevin Garnett's super valuable playoff defense fare against Tim Duncan, Shaquille O'Neal, and Dirk Nowitzki when they matched up in series, guys?

22.8 ppg and 10.8 rpg against the Heat in 06 FinalsWTF? KG and Dirk have the same number of
How did DIrk's superior offense fare against the Heat and warriors and the Thunder?
22.8 ppg and 10.8 rpg against the Heat in 06 Finals
26.0 ppg and 9.7 rpg against the Heat in 11 Finals
19.7 ppg and 11.3 rpg against the Warriors in 07 Quarters (Both numbers higher than KG's career playoff averages)
32.2 ppg and 5.8 rpg against the Thunder in 11 Conference Finals
26.8 ppg and 6.3 rpg against the Thunder in 12 Quarters
KG's career playoff averages are 19.2 ppg and 11.1 rpg
Needless to say, Dirk surpassed KG's career playoff average in points every one of those series.
KG's career playoff averages are 19.2 ppg and 11.1 rpg
Dirk's worst playoff series in career history is statistically better than KG's playoff averages
Dirk is one of 4 players in NBA history to average 25 and 10 in the playoffs. KG ain't on that list.
The East had 3 teams. Dwight and Orlando, and Lebron and Cleveland. That's it. Only 3 out of the 14 teams in the entire conference were in Finals discussion... fukk outta here with "impossible." Celtics were odds-on favorites to win the title IMMEDIATELY after acquiring Allen and Garnettyou are missing the point aren't you? Nobody is claiming that Dirk isn't a better offensive player. But where was his offense against the heat and warriors? In 2011 he was at 32ppg against the thunder, the next year he dropped almost 6 points?
How did he miss those free throws against the Heat that could have helped seal the series in 2006?
KG going to the finals in 2010 was just as impossible a run as Dirk in 2006, honestly. THat Celtics team was Larry Holmes squared. Dirk's 2006 team was much better then the 2006 heat.
this. kg had to join ray allen AND paul pierce to win a championshipPeople can be mad all they want, but Dirk's 2011 run does make a huge difference when comparing the two. You could argue nobody has had a better playoff run EVER than him that year. He took down Kobe, Durant/Westbrook and then LeBron/Wade/Bosh in the Finals and he was KILLING it in almost every single 4th quarter. I can't think of anyone who hit more big shots in a single run than Dirk in 2011. It seemed like he did it in every game. It was incredible.
