Listen guys, this is completely irrelevant and the point of him saying some stupid troll shyt like this is to get computers putin. Trust that Vlad is all on this site and others garnering hype and shyt.

So Vlad, eat a dikk and maybe start crowd sourcing your interview questions so your interviews are better. You gloss over the shyt that people actually want to know and talk about irrelevant shyt all the time.

And if by some reason you truthfully believe what you just said and weren't trolling...then your taste is ASS. I'd actually rather you be trolling.

Illmatic is Nas only classic album, but he has other very good/great albums and a gang of classic songs.

Triple Beam Dreams one of the best songs of the 2010s

Rick Ross & Nas delivered the perfect story telling track

Vlad is right, and that is how most people feel who came up before the bar was so lowered. Illmatic is his only classic. Stillmatic was elevated because of Ether/Blueprint being a classic. It Was Written has a lot of wackness on there and that Escobar shyt was corny. But in this day and age Chief Keef is a legend :heh:

close thread.

low standards posters who got onto Nas late are outchea crying.

Son u ain't even from here and u stay poppin shyt. Again I say. Ur not even FROM HERE. As in this country. And u tellin nikkas who born n raised in NY who had Illmatic on release what's what like ur opinion is better. Let's get this shyt clear. That album was an East Coast album before ANYTHING else. So who's late? U cosigning a culture vulture and a nikka who bringing up Chief Keef in an argument about Nas.

nikka everyone whose a Nas fan knows about Deja Vu. There's songs on IWW darker than Deja Vu. U nikkas is annoying wit this dumb shyt.
thats not the point, its the shift in production and style of character.
deja vu still retained the same qualities of songs from his debut, iww was a departure from that entirley

Nah. U shiftin goal posts. U said commercial. When there's songs on IWW far darker in tone than Deja Vu. Not to mention he used a verse from Deja Vu for Only Built For Cuban Linx. Song got scrapped and the producer got mad and blamed it on IWW being commercial. Nas scraps dope songs for EVERY album he does. IWW is NOT Illmatic. It didn't have to be. Songs like The Message. I Gave You Power. Watch Dem nikkas. Take It In Blood. Shootouts. Suspect. Silent Murder. Live nikka Rap. Etc. NONE of that shyt was commercial sounding. Couple of them joints was produced by Havoc. I don't see nikkas shyttin on The Infamous.

And I still have better taste than you, which is a fukking disgrace.

As in this country. And u tellin nikkas who born n raised in NY who had Illmatic on release what's what like ur opinion is better.

Look homie, I have friends who heard Illmatic before the vast majority of NY heard the shyt. I even have a friend from NY who interned at Columbia back in those days.

I don't think you affected posters realize just how close Toronto is to New York. I know a Toronto OG who would get advance cassettes on all hip hop albums from US record companies a year before release. And there were a couple others in that position, too.

Which leads up to 2016 with us running hip hop. So before you pop off at the mouth, sit the fukk down and recognize.

Let's get this shyt clear. That album was an East Coast album before ANYTHING else. So who's late? U cosigning a culture vulture and a nikka who bringing up Chief Keef in an argument about Nas.

Toronto's East Coast

and

Late has everything to do with your mindset and not your location. Just because you're born in New York doesn't mean you innately know hip hop or know it better than a kid in Scotland (sadly enough).
