Plan and simple and there are others who would be better at this than this guy....I just dont get the "He owes people stuff" he in better position because of hard work, Luck being in the right place and time.......its not like he is Baby from cash money jay does give back its just to some it will never be enough I understand it but it still does not make any sense
i never said he owed me anything. in fact, my first post in this thread was about how i dont support him as a person or artist.

Yes we do, so does cacs. They like to keep nikkas in their place.
The funniest shyt is when a brother goes from ashy to classy he turns into to a sell out c00n. That goes hand in hand with the common notion that Miley is acting black cause she's ratchet, smoking weed on stages and twerking with rappers.

From c00ns like Charlamagne to Bill Oreilly to dumb smart Nas stans to communist activist black people they all share this opinion. And the fact that we black people support this type of hate towards their own people have made this type of labeling acceptable. While if some cac says nikka, all hell breaks lose fukking c00ns.

Wrong...

It is not the fact that you go from ashy to classy that makes you a c00n...it is how you go from ashy to classy that makes you a c00n. As a black person. to go from ashy to classy, you can do it without compromising your integrity, but that is a very long road that most black people, hell people in general do not want to travel down, as it is much easier to take the sellout c00ning route. And it is what you do in that moment that makes you a c00n, cause as a black person, especially an entertainer if any sort, at some point you are going to be asked to do something for no other reason than your black, and you will be dealing with a lot of non black people who expect you to do it just because you are black...push this product cause you are black...talk like this cause you are black...play this role cause you are black...and the second you realize that is what is happening and you do it anyway...you are a c00n and will forever be a c00n...

I'd consider Jay a c00n because anytime white america wants to convince black america of something they go and plaster Jay face on it...and Jay is cool with that...Jay we need these nikkas to get behind moving a team to Brooklyn, we need to get them pumped up for JUST the basketball portion, we don't want them looking at the actual numbers, we don't want them to pay attention to all the expensive stores that we are putting out here...shyt they can't afford...shyt driving the land value of the area through the roof...which in turn could drive their property tax up...Jay says cool I'll do it...They say Jay we need you to make it seem like you are really a shot caller in the Nets organization, make it seem like you have some real control, that you could actual sign somebody, that you actually have a major say in key decisions...Jay says cool give me 1 gazillatrillmillionth percent of the team and I will convince them that is cool cause Jay Z own it...bunch of white dudes put together a sports agency and say "Jay we need you to reel in some black athletes, the blacker the better cause if we can just get a few "cool" athletes then the rest will just come running...Jay says cool I'll tell them it's my sports agency and I will take a few pics of me sitting in chairs and signing a paper and they will think it's me closing these deals...

Beyonce...man...come on...chick used to be close to my skin color...now this chick looks like my friends albino neighbor...come on what black person skin naturally gets that light in a span of what...a decade...I ain't never seen one...never seen one black person who's skin was around the same tone as mine and then a decade lighter that about 5 shades lighter than me and it was just a natural occurence...and I'm sure there are some blacks in other parts of the world that this may actually occur from...but beyonce aint from there...she just a regular black chick who grew up in houston

People look to Jay and Beyonce as some form of black excellence, when really all they are doing is putting a glass ceiling on just how high you can go as a "black power couple"...cause when the next black power couple comes along and they tell the women "yeah you got to bleach your skin a little bit to get on the cover of this magazine" instead of saying "yeah I'm not bleaching anything to be on the cover of anything" she will say..."well beyonce did it":manny:

Then instead of the black man sitting down and doing everything he can to get 3 %...he is going to say..."okay i'll take that one megazillgatrillionth percent because will...Jay did" :manny:

Then both will invest money and KKKswiss and stories will come out about how they racial profile and then the man will be like "I will wait for the facts to come out"...then afterwhile he will say "I made them pay me more money and I put together a special council for racial profiling so black america...i am here to confirm...that kkkswiss is in good standing with us once again":blessed:

What Hov and B did this year was something never seen before in the
music industry

During a Nba finals game a random commercial caught us all off guard.
aAcommercial with jay and all the heavy weight producers in a room
working on the album and then jay states we gon drop the album july 4th
no leaks, no video, no nothing until july 4th!

what beyonce did was even more impressive, all the people who worked on that
project and not one whisper was made about her dropping an album...then
boom an album appeared out of no where and set the music industry on fire

How can you possibly hate on that????????????????????????

If justin timberlake and lady gaga did what jay and beyonce
did they would get nothing but praise from you nikkas

Bolded is a great point. The Gaga thread went 5 pages deep 250 comments easily and it didn't receive as much hate. Not many snide comments about why it's relevant to the booth when it had to do with her promotion failures and the music industry :dahell: it's very relevant. Beyonce has rNb music. No it's fukking BEYONCE. When is she not relevant to hip-hop? :mindblown: Is Rihanna not relevant to hip-hop? What about Mary J? They make different music mostly but Mary is Hip-Hop 101. She's always relevant in hip-hop.

Rihanna is hip-hop. All these damn collabos? :mindblown:

The hate is :scusthov: Again their success is frowned upon. Too much success within our community is frowned upon.

I'm a huge JT fan. He did his thing with 20/20 part 1. Tunnel Vision, Don't Hold the Wall, Mirrors, Suit and Tie are some of my top songs of the year easy and still are getting heavy play. Part 2 was :trash: I like TKO,Take Back the Night but it was just a fail. The 20/20 experience had crazy hype train. Grammy performance was just one big Timberlake commercial for his new album. I love the album but it didn't have the impact this has. The content while good, wasn't anything particular new from Justin and Timberland productions. This is outside a well seasoned vets usually lane, visually and sonically it works. It's nothing short of quality music.

Trust me I understand where you are coming from, racism is a powerful tool that whites used against African Americans for centuries and still are....

My problem isn't that African Americans aren't doing well because there are many god reasons for that ....... My problem is that they look in the wrong place for solutions...

I'm a big Jay/ Nas fan.....but have you heard theses dudes speak?.....

While I respect them both to the fullest if I had to look towards any of them for leadership I'd wanna kill myself

One of the reasons blacks look to celebrities is because that's literally the only place we've been able to have any semblance of success.

It's a similar situation to when I hear black people complain about black leadership. Between all of our leaders being assassinated and all of our organizations being infiltrated and sabotaged by the US government, it's not surprising that all that is left is entertainers, because that's the only place the power structure has allowed to gain any semblance of power, and that power has just been granted in the last 30 or so years.
