I'd like to know this too.. I see these hydroxycut infomercials and see this pills and such at Walmart but never pulled the trigger because I keep thinking they're placebos :yeshrug:

Hydroxy had me ripped in Italy, but I am pretty sure I was close to death due to the high caffeine, appetite suppression, and all the other shyt I was stacking. I take an appetite suppressant now, and it does the job. I just started taking the Mr. Hyde preworkout joint, and I don't see a difference yet.

I can only recommend Animal Cuts and the EC(A) stack.....I was my most cut after EC :wow:...veins poppin out in my shoulders like a mini Brandon Curry...abs poppin out


I felt like a steroid user getting ephedrine sent from Canada :mjlol:
I tried ordering ephedrine from some Canadian website not too long ago and they said they didn't ship to US anymore

I would get the EC stack, I wouldn't bother with hydrocycut and all that other stuff.

You can get caffein pills and bronkaid from cvs.

That's the most potent ish out tbh, without crossing over into "illegal" substances

the stimulants inc your heart rate making you sweat more ....dec water weight so yeah in a way....expending calories is the only way to lose fat though..burn more cals than you take in...

Its ok, but expensive for what it is. the best cheapest stuff is caffeine and ephedrine stack ( if you can get E), you don't need anything else. and EC is dirt cheap!

if you want you can do Yohimbe aswell ( but this is for pros, as can fukk you up if used with Eph)

This plus you have to drink quite a bit of green tea daily to get those benefits
